“I am 24 years old but my back pain is 65 years old” (and why the bridge isn’t necessarily the best solution for back pain either)
- It's a pandemic, a real one...

Obesity, feeling unwell (right down to kids – little kids that have more health problems than the adults that have parented them, although the adults are by no means exempt either), the tomfoolery going on everywhere, the laziness, back pain – shoulder pain – constant whining about everything – I wonder sometimes, often, what have we as a society come to.

“I am 24 years old but my back pain is 65 years old” accompanied by the usual low energy BS (and of course, a complete unwillingness to invest in the products that will help her, just a willingness to bitch up and down which resolves F all) …

And she ain’t the only one either (it’s some college chick messaging me about this).

Not the 20 year old college chick I recently blocked again – like I’ve blocked three of her numbers, she recently got a fourth to pester me.

“Nandini, just why dont you RESPOND if you want to talk”

Nah, it’s more of the “Hello!” and then crickets. I’ve written about this before, they’re basically morons wanting to be “entertained” for free under the guise of conversation where YOU make all the talk, they listen, and may chip in with a comment or two “while doing something else”, usually while doing something else – these sort of people are pathetic, it ain’t women alone either, a former friend of mine “Ricky” was the exact same way.

Ugh.

In the past I gave these people a chance, now, it’s BLOCK instantly.

I don’t want them anywhere near me (admittedly I gave the girl another chance, but I blocked her again last night, but anyway)…

… this ain’t people in that regard, or her, it’s about the real pandemic.

Back pain, ill health, disease etc – and lets focus on the first – back pain -which most people equate to lower back pain and rightly so, since that seems to be what most people are afflicted with – lower back pain – and weak hips etc.

But back pain is far more complex than that, friend.

Upper back and mid back pain is more common than you’d think, and weakness in ONE area extends to the other.

Posture – throughout the day – has a lot to do with this, most people dont realize that simply walking upright, sucking the gut in (admittedly a Herculean task for many people due to the sheer size of the gut) – and losing weight – goes a long way towards solving a lot of back pain issues, and health problems in general.

In the past I’d bring out the bridge as the #1 exercise to resolve this, many gurus do, but I no longer do this.

Why – because the bridge while an excellent exercise, and one you should do daily, be damn good at – overlooks many things.

First off, most people think about the back bridge when it comes to bridging, but the FRONT bridge is equally important.

For years, I’ve had weak hamstrings that wouldn’t allow me to bend forwards properly, but get me into a back bridge, I’d stay there all day long.

I’ve never had back pain, but this weakeness translated over to poor performance in other exercises – like the split, or other forward bends – equally important!

Then you have UPPER back issues – which in my opinion – the pull-up – and club/mace/kettlebell work done right are some of the best things you can do for your back.

Massages are great too – but they dont fix the underlying health issues, my friend.

Then, you have the “best darn exercise”

Admittedly one HELL of an exercise and workout that one is, try doing 250 in a row and then tell me how you feel “the best I’ve ever felt” people have reported back telling me, and they’re right, it makes you feel “out of this world” in  a manner nothing else nigh can.

But even that – MOST of the variants – focus on the lower back heavily, its only when you get to one of the variants in the book “oft ignored” – the heels FLAT variant – that you really start getting someplace ab wise. (not to say you wont if you do it the other way, but to truly go to the next level) …

Anyway – the solution to all this?

A proper exercise regimen.

Be less lazy, eat less, work out more, be tough mentally.

Proper posture throughout the day.

Avoid “deep couches” like the plague (literally, I feel strange when I sit in them) – and back support in car seats etc.

LOTS of pull-ups – LOTS Of club – kettle bell work (Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness, now thats one you really need to reserve NOW) – and of course, do a lot of heavy duty squatting and hamstring/hip work as well (Squat 101, Isometric and Flexibility Training – the Compilation).

Do all of this right, back pain will be a thing of the past – and YES, focus on BOTH the front bridge and the back bridge equally, they’re both superlative exercises, but most focus way too much on the latter and not the former.

And thats that.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

“You also can have a devil figure”
- Madam makes it sound like I dont. Hehe.

Madam (a certain Cassie Li) makes it sound like I dont already.

Maybe this post would set her straight. Hehe.

Or, any of the numerous others detailing that sort of thing – maybe a quick “search” on the site, of course, given it’s a spammy sort of email with a halfway interesting sounding title (which is why I put it here) – she’s probably bulk mailed it out to thousands, if not more people.

Lady’s pimping some sort of herbal concoction (they call it tea, hehe) and no doubt slimming capsule, “build muscle NOW!!!!!!!!!!” pills – and other utter JUNK that doesnt work, destroys your body from the inside out – like a true body is built from the inside out, when you truly want to destroy, same there! – but something most people would jump at anyway “lazy man’s easy way out”).

I dont know if she knows I sell the real deal. Hehe. Or if I AM the real deal fitness wise, anyway – enough “self pimping” (aka promotion) for now.

Point is this, my friend – in addition to all the other things most people do WRONG to have a devilish figure (note – the skinny “bones protruding look” aint it, but neither is being a fat fucker and claiming you’re big but not fat – the MARTIAL artist look is what people are really after, wanting, and referring to) … and in addition to everything you need to do RIGHT to have a devilish figure, which I’ve covered so many times I wont get into it again, I’m gonna cover ONE very important point.

In Corrugated Core, you’ll notice (if you do it right) – nigh ALL the exercises focus on this one very important thing.

What is it?

Well, its the SIDES of the body.

Most people focus on the utterly useless crunch to isolate the front two “superficial ab muscles” in the midsection, neither do they achieve the desired results, nor does this work.

The secrets to REAL ab work is strengthening and working – the obliques – and “transversus” muscles (I know I spelt it wrong, so be it it’s the muscle underneath the superficial six pack muscles which hold everything, including your internal organs together).

Hit those muscles, you hit the entire core, you get the shape – except you dont do it the way most people think.

Anyway – this isn’t about promoting the book above, but that book is a must have if you’re serious about a “real strong midsection”, not the moronic beach bods or what not most people want.

In Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness, this is covered in ALL the exercises too – my largest book easily by far as yet, and I’m still adding more to it. Hehe.

Now, in the videos I’ve put out there, in my writing so far, everything – I’ve told you to start easy, exercise caution, all of it – but when you see me swing the clubs with one hand, occasionally you’ll see me stabilize the club with the other hand on the way down.

Now, this is fine – it is progression #2 once you can actually handle the one armed swings (it’ll take you a long time, trust me, when you start out).

First, you get damn good at two arms with a light weight, then heavier, then progress to one arm, and min reps 40 for everything, preferably a 100 to really feel the heart pump, and muscles WORK! (and your GRIP).

And your whole body really, but really – here’s the thing.

The NEXT level to this, which is in the book, but I’ve not written about, or shown in videos as yet?

Is to swing all the way using just one arm.

Be very careful when you do this.

You dont want to snap your wrists – literally – on the sideways motion down, but really, done right?

This is a super – duper x 10 “crunch” for the sides of the body, you’ll feel the ENTIRE CORE work like never before.

Fat blaster x 1000!

Quite literally, my friend, the SIDES of the body (remember the scene in Rocky III where Apollo playfully gives him one to the sides?) are really what tell you if you’re in super shape or not, if you’re not, you’ll have flab hanging off it which as Brooks Kubik rightly says in Dinosaur Training people can pinch – and it hurts. Hehe.

“On the well conditioned guys, we grabbed a hunk of muscle”, he talks about his wrestling days in high school in the book – “on the fat ones, we grabbed a lump of LARD”. Not quite his exact words, but there it is!!

Not just the sides of the body, this sort of workout taxes your upper chest, traps and entire upper back area like nothing you’ve ever done.

And believe me, it will take you a long time to work up to it right.

Thats another reason why I go so hard and heavy on pull-ups too, another PRIME “side strengthener” if you do them in right form!

Combine with Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness, you simply CANNOT go wrong.

And thats that.

Cassie, so much for the devilish email. Hehe.

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

More on that corsucating grip of mine, hehe.
- I did some quick research

I did some very quick research after writing you that last email – so this is likely going to be a very short dispatch.

But, basically I looked up something I didnt really bother about before, ie the contribution of fingers to grip strength.

My contribution to that sort of discussion has always been very bloody blunt in that I’ve always said this idiocy of people not doing pull-ups with the thumb to “isolate” the lats … NOT ON!

Why someone would not use their thumb while doing pull-ups or any grip work is beyond me, I mean, when you grip something in nature, do you focus on “just the other fingers”, or any finger – same thing for when you’re wrestling, swimming, whatever, I dont think so! (or lifting things up!) …

But apparently the fools that believe in “isolate muscle groups” advocate this, so whatever – its stupid and I’ve never shied away from pointing it out, but that has been my sole contribution to such discussions.

Anyway – I sort of suspected the middle, ring and little fingers dont contribute a hell of a lot to the grip – but they do obviously help.

If you look at the area between the thumb and index FINGER – bingo – THAT is where your grip comes “hand wise”, that is usually the super sore area if you’re training right (along with forearms and shoulders, chest, etc) …

The Thumb is half of it most likely.

But anyway – since a lot of people believe in “formal reasearch” –

Here goes, from the University of Western Ontario no less…

This study determined the test-retest reliability of a grip device that measures the contribution of individual fingers to grip strength and described the pattern of contribution in subjects without hand pathology. Subjects repeated a set of three maximal grip efforts on two occasions separated by two to seven days. Intraclass correlation reliability coefficients were high (>0.75) for eight out of ten strength measures. The percentage contributions of the index, middle, ring, and small fingers to grip were approximately 25%, 35%, 25%, and 14%, respectively. Grip and finger strengths were highly correlated. Anthropometric measures of body size or finger length were moderately correlated with strength measures. These data suggest that there is a predictable pattern by which individual fingers contribute to overall grip strength, which is partially related to body size. The ulnar side of the hand contributes to the smaller proportion of overall grip (approximately 60% radial, 40% ulnar). The clinical utility of finger strength measures should be explored.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/8435430_Individual_finger_strength_Are_the_ulnar_digits_powerful

The real point of me saying this is this – if what my buddy was saying is accurate, and it most likely IS – he FELT it – he’s got years of real world experience in this sort of thing (though he didnt quite judge the weight of a heavy ass suitcase accurately despite lifting weights for years, hehe) …

… well then, I’ve just followed my own advice – yet again – unconsciously -for years.

By strengthening the WEAKEST Links in the chain!

I’ve said it often, you’re only as strong as your weakest link, my friend.

Life, business, fitness, all of it – you focus on your strengths yes, but you also focus on strengthening your WEAK links to the point they no longer stay “that weak” (although your strengths will always remain your strengths).

Think about it, if “all my strength” comes from (or “most”) from an area of the hand which contributes no more than 25% or so …

(of course, I dont put much paid into these sort of studies, they’ve never worked for me, including this idiocy about “underweight” – even BMI indexes and stuff, some super fit people fail those tests (and of course lazy asses globally use that as an excuse to justify their own “phatness” hehe) but still..)

Grip wise, fitness wise, that is what I’ve always subconsciously done, thats just more proof right there, it’s what YOU should do too.

And thats the point of this.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Is my strength concentrated in one finger? Hehe.
- Now this is an interesting one!

My buddy from the Marines, him of “I’ve never met anyone with an unnatural, kungfu like grip”- more on the Gorilla Grip and Gorilla Grip (Advanced!) pages on this … had an interesting insight on my grip which he often made, but I never shared here until today, not because I did not want to, but because, well, it just struck me now.

He made the comment about “your strength is in this finger” – and then pointed out the area under the ring finger on my palm.

Now, I’ve no idea if this is true, but it IS true that that area and the area under my middle finger is often the most heavily calloused, so that would make sense.

But really speaking, when you do thick bar grip work, I’d say ALL areas of the wrist, palm and forearms get strengthened – if there one area I was slacking off on somewhat when I first met him, and I’ve mentioned this before?

It was PUSHUPS.

Yes, my friend, even yours truly stud who could do 100 pull-ups per workout easy peasy lemon squeezy no problemo – one fine afternoon I dealt with a Bozo who claimed “I should work my mind more than the body” – and then took off for the hills suddenly after I turned my back to him and pumped out 7 more pull-ups as an answer.

“Why do you do this” he kept pestering me, like dude, it’s none of your damned business, and training the mind and body – well, they go together.

As Marc the African Silverback Gorilla later commented, and he was right “he’s pestering someone whose actually DOING something, not just sitting around talking”.

He was right.

But anyway, after that day – or I think two days later, I dont know, one fine afternoon I tested myself on pushups.

Man, I was shocked I could barely pop off 15!

I did them, sure.

But the soreness I felt in the middle of my back, lower lats – all of that told me something very important, some very important learning I’ve been trying to pass on to everyone ever since.

A customer once submitted to me that no amount of pushups would rectify an inability to do pull-ups if the person unable to do them was a phat phocker, or someone with strength to weight ratio not quite right.

He was spot on, I’ve said many times that if you’re phat – if you’ve got more flabbage around the waist then you should – if you’re phat and call yourself “big” – well, there is no exercise that exposes this as RUTHLESSLY as the ole pull-up, my friend.

Thats why everyone wants to do ’em, most can’t.

The pull-up is RUTHLESS when it comes to exposing this sort of thing.

Ouch, I know that hurt from some reading this, but it’s true.

That said – if you’re in shape otherwise, then pushups and the ones I detail specifically in “Pull-ups – from DUD to STUD within a matter of WEEKS!” – and especially those in Shoulder like BOULDERS! will help you get better at pull-ups – no questions asked there pally.

So will some of the animal movements detailed in that first book up there and in Animal Kingdom Workouts.

But …

Reverse?

I’ve often said pull-ups are great, you should do ’em, but pushups BE the BIG DOG of fitness, bro.

And being a stud at pull-ups doesnt necessarily, even in my case when I was super fit with a resting pulse of I think less than 50, 65 kgs weight at a height of 5’9″ (which is what I am now, so I keep getting classified as underweight) … translated into pushup ability.

You simply MUST do pushups.

And thats the secret I mention in Gorilla Grip at the START of the book which some idiots got pissed off with.

One review said this.

“The author claims to have gotten a better grip by doing NO pull-ups for several months, but he doesnt mention how”.

No, you idiot, I do mention it, you just didnt read it, or chose to ignore it because it did not suit your agenda.

(he was some bozo “deciding if books on Amazon, not just mine by the way were worth the price”. One of those “do gooder ” moron sorts who have nothing better to do in their own lives basically).

And that was the missing part.

Pushups, my friend, especially fingertip pushups – target the grip in an unique way nothing else can, no, they alone will not build a corsucating grip, but they’re an integral part of doing so, and they should be a part of every damn workout you do.

I dont care if you do clubs, pull-ups, swimming, whatever it is – all good, but figure out a way to include at least 100 pushups per workout in your routine, my friend, its just that simple.

And that, my friend, is the moral of the story.

Back soon.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – My buddy also told me this “You’ve got the grip! Once you get him to the floor, it’s OVER” .

Sure, if you do it black Mamba style… hehe. More on that later.

But anyway – Pushup Central is a course that even the haters, even a certain Glyn Bozo included have had no option but to give rave reviews to – and in Bozo Schofield’s case he whined about it being boring, but not any of the other inane comments he’s made on the other books – just goes to show you how brutal this book is.

Testimonial –

Since you’re in the mood for asking,  I’m asking when you’re going to put out a book on static holds like what you talk about in your recent pushups book.  The pushups book is awesome!  Why?  Because the F…ing exercises and workouts are hard as HELL!  That’s why!  I hate workout books that don’t challenge you.  I think I also asked you once before to put out a plyometric calisthenics book as well.  DO IT!  Your stuff is the best.  You are the real deal, which is why I don’t mind paying the higher than normal prices for your books.  I’m also glad that you now put them on Kindle because I have no more room for paper books in my small apartment .

Thanks

Keep up the good work

(Charles Mitchell – after the initial testimonial beneath)

Got your new push up book off Amazon.  Very impressed!  Was a little hesitant due to the price, but once I got it I was not disappointed!  Just like all the other books I’ve bought from you in the past It’s great!  If I’m ever able to master the fingertip versions of all these push ups I will have hands like sledge hammers and fingers like steel!  Keep up the good work, and start working on a book of training unilaterally, one arm, one leg, etc.  I look forward to this in the future.  Using various progressions, you will truly build incredibly powerful indestructible human beings.

And that, pally , is truly THAT.

Get the book NOW – Pushup Central (available in HARDCOVER too now I believe…)

The perfect Way to “love yourself”.
- I just saw it!

This works so much better than the mamsy pamsy crap of “love yourself”, “be kind to yourself” bullcrap that is so prevalent these days, that the liberals, pansies and other nutjobs use as an excuse and crutch to be flat out lazy.

I’m sure you’ve heard it, no?

Anytime something tough or hard is brought up, some facts that are uncomfortable, you hear this, or some version of it.

The world truly needs a kick up the backside (and it’s getting one in many regards to be honest).

Anyway …

I just saw the perfect meme, if you can spot what is IN the meme.

A picture of the Rock, looking significantly more natural than his bodybuilt self, though still HUGE – but it looks like the time he had a case of gyno.

No, the meme didnt say it.

But I’m saying it, despite everything being “hidden” – and what do I mean by that?

The pose showed his naturally huge arms off (Rock was always a massive guy naturally, apparently thats how they make them down there in Samoa!) …

… and next to it?

A cute little Rock face, and next to those massive arms, hugging something to that chest, as if to hide it, or cradling a baby or something?

A massive STONE.

And that is why I’m writing to you about it!

Look, I dont know for sure the picture was done that way to hide the bitch tits Rock once had (by his own admission).

But it FEELS that way, I dont know – just has the vibe, and on the other hand, you know what?

I’d back that sort of thing anyday – because he isn’t hiding them so much as telling those who listen that HEAVY lifting is what gets RID of them.

Sure, in Rock’s case I believe surgery was required, but then he’s in show biz, everything’s gotta be nigh perfect.

But I gotta tell you, there are few better indicators of inactivity than man tits – even being “naturally skinny” doesnt paper that sort of thing over my friend.

If you see someone otherwise skinny and light, but has man tits ,well, you got the photo…

If you see people too embarassed to take their shirts off at the beach – well, chances are excellent they eat and drink too much and workout too less – and aren’t honest with themselves about any of it, except when it comes time to take that shirt off.

Trust me on this, I’ve been there.

And trust me, I’m not huge on showing off pecs or anything – even in my super fit self now (I once did entertain the idea of a shirtless picture, which is still floating around on the good ole internet, and in the initial drafts of 0 Excuses Fitness which seemingly a lot of you on this list HAVE but my wife’s reaction of me being a porn star … although honey it was flattering, the bitching kinda put me off, and thats not the reaction I wanted to generate anyway) .

In fact, I’ve been asked to demonstrate my fitness that way as well, but no thanks, I’ll take the other route of demonstrating via exercise I do myself, reps I do and show you myself, not just talk about (unlike a lot of other nuts and so called fitness gurus).

Anyway – THAT my friend is the best way to love yourself, the Rock has it SPOT ON.

Hard workouts, healthy lifestyle – and hitting it HARD and HEAVY!

And the one course you need to place a pre-order for NOW in that regard – or two, actually are these – Squat 101 and Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness, along with Animal Kingdom Workouts, there truly are no course more brutal than this.

Well, Pushup Central does come close though!

And that is that.

Back – SOON!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

So much for democracy in the U of K??
- Pathetic, really.

Like, grow the fuck up is what I’d like to tell people in general …

And stop being so easily offended is what I said on Twitter – not that people in general would listen, heh.

I’ve been repeatedly pointing out the glaring hypocrisy and stupidity potrayed by the Western media in general about the Russia Ukraine scuffle (I wouldn’t even call it a war) – about magnifying tiny Ukranian gains over and over again till they sound utterly ludicrious and failing to observe basic facts on this which I’ve iterated over an over again, I wouldn’t again, but here they are –

Russia never committed more than 10% of its military to the “fight” –  and they never were on a war footing.

Ground realities are the opposite of what the media potrays for Ukraine, thats just the bottom line, and pouring billions of dollars of aid into the country will only, and you can see this, prolong the conflict and make it way worse for Ukraine.

The Russians had this thought and planned for years, as they said in “The Hunt for Red October” – the Russians dont take a dump without planning it. Truth be told neither do the Chinese, neither do I (subconsciously) – neither does anyone with half an effing brain (liberals dont count here!).

If Trump was in office, none of this would have even gone down – why? Well, the Trumpinator wouldn’t be foolish enough to provoke the bear, he’d live and let live, and so would the bear, its that simple.

(I mean think about it, what if Russia showed up with their military to Mexico – – would the US not – and should they not – and would they not react? I think yes, but when the shoe’s on the other foot, the answer is no? Hypocrisy, plain and fuckin simple!).

It seems the world in general has completely forgotten Iraq and the devastation wreaked there, and Iraq never put any military of its anywhere did it?

Again, I’m not saying what is happening is right or wrong, but it’s justified fully in my book, and the glaring hypocrisy of sanctions only partially applied (and designed so that “Europe won’t suffer”)  – any idiot can see this was all done to benefit the defense industry, get rid of old arms and so forth.

Maybe some on this list feel otherwise – thats fine. My buddy DT (I’ll call him that, hehe) does too – but he wont block me for having a different opinion, neither will I cancel you if you call me a fool for saying what I am (but again, facts speak).

Facts also are this the Russians haven’t even brought most of their advanced weaponry out while the other side is burning through all of theirs, or most, fact is the Russians believe in the long game, so do the Chinese, the other side can’t even comprehend the meaning of the word “Game” – the Biden admin is full of bloody lunatics to be honest and it aint just me saying that …

If Russia really wanted, Ukraine would have been GONE by now.

Fact is, they simply want to demilitarize it to the point no-one can put armies on their border.

True, NATO was already there to an extent in terms of Norway etc, but those countries – Nordic nations have been traditionally neutral and that presence was there more for the Arctic, not so much Russia…

I fail to see how this idiotic media reporting going on, completely one sided, STUPID and biased is even getting through, maybe thats why the Russians hardly comment on it. I mean it just comes across as so bloody desperate, fact is this – without all this aid Ukraine is getting, they wouldn’t even have held on for as long as they have – against like 10% of Russia’s military and the oldest arms, ammo etc they have… fact is also this, if the Russian military was so weak, wouldn’t Ukraine have been ‘liberated’ already?

I mean, I’m pointing out the STUPIDITY and desperation of this reporting… its amazing more people are not (though if you read between the lines a LOT OF PEOPLE are tired of it).

While they silently try and drum up approval for a full scale war amongst their own people, while theres other minor conflicts (Greece/Turkey, Ajerbijan/Armenia) spiraling out damn near everywhere, I cannot see how people didnt see it coming.

It’s also bloody hypocritical of people to forget the same US Congress, just different people as recently as I believe 2014 would NOT approve any military aid for Ukraine due to the presence of “nationalist elements” or whatever they framed it as, now when the Russians are more blunt about it, its a problem?

Anyway – back to Ole Blighty, I sure as phock didnt see or expect this one coming.

Apparently anti monarchy protestors, peaceful ones all of them are being rounded up by the coppers – some new law about “even if the protest is peaceful, then take em in because it might turn ugly”.

WTF??

Back home Stateside we have BLM anarchists burning down entire neighborhoods, when the cops try and stop it, they get defunded or some BS – and here people are being taken away because they’re holding up a placard “anti monarchy”?

Personally, I think it’s bullshit.

Yeah, I understand feelings and emotions are running high on both sides – surely though that ain’t an excuse for canceling one side out??

And in a “democracy” which roundly condemns china for all it’s so called anti democratic abuses or not, and dont get me wrong, there’s plenty of merit there, but when the shoe is on the other foot, it’s perfectly fuckin ok?

Sorry, but I cannot stand hypocrisy, fellas.

I dont give a rip about the monarchy either way, Queen seemed like a nice old lady to me, but thats now, I dont know what I would have thought if I lived during the times the British ruled India for one.

But I dont live in those times.

I dont give a rats ass about those times either, point being, if I had an opinion either way, I’d damn well express it peacefully and if they carted me off to jail for it, well, I’d have a lawyer handy is all I can say – at least in the UK – until they outlaw lawyers there too, hehe.

Nah . Kidding…

Anyway, thats the rant on that one, had to share my feelings on this.

And same thing fitness wise, people act like hypocrites.

When they’re fat, they love to call other fat people out but do nothing themselves.

When others get in the best shape of their lives, thats never noticed, when they get in the worst shape its always noticed, so you’d think. HEhe.

Except, deep down inside, everyone knows what is right and what is wrong, and what is right is always right, what is wrong is always wrong, and that surely, truly, is the bottom line, my friend.

Off my soap box for this one.

Oh, gotta pimp the 0 Excuses Fitness System, hope the Bobbies dont come a running for me on that one. One of them I saw in the picture could use a bit of fitness training, as could ole Boris mocking Putin for his shirtless pics, now look, I love ole Boris, but he’s in no position to mock someone for fitness, let alone someone as fit as Putin. (real man).

At least Sleepy Joe despite all his other faults looks fit, and is fit to a degree, though poor chappie falls off his bike all the time, but Ole Boris, doesnt seem he could climb more than a flight of stairs without a pre planned trip to the emergency room later…this after his so called fitness routine in 2020…

Ah, but I digress. . .

Facts hurt, I know. For those that can’t stand what I say, do unsubscribe, but no, I wont stop pointing them out.

best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Sleepy Joe has quite the temper, he keeps challenging people to pushups. Truth be told, I wouldn’t be that confident the poor guy wouldn’t fall flat on his face while doing ’em, not because he can’t do them, but because … well, you get my drift. ?

He ain’t alone though.

Most modern day men, especially the so called metrosexual buffoons couldn’t do one pushup to save their lives.

But there’s still hope.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

And my pathbreaking course Pushup Central shows you the way, provided you’re not too cheap (or foolish not to) to invest in what is truly the best and only course of it’s kind on what is possibly the world’s oldest exercise out there (fact – I challenge you to show me another course of this nature, if you can, I’ll eat my non existent HAT).

OK, that is truly that. Back soon!!

Two MORE hidden secrets to corsucating, RIP ROARING, grizzly like grip strength
- Lots of them today, eh.

They’re both mentioned in Gorilla Grip, I believe – and with all the secrets I’ve been giving out for free today, you’d think I done gave the entire house away.

Nah.

I haven’t even started, my friend.

My books  on grip alone are packed with info – each line is valuable as “gold” in terms of training knowledge gleaned from hard ass experience “in the trenches” over the years – that would take YEARS to explain here, and years for you to fully master, if ever (remember what I say about mastery in 0 Excuses Fitness – even the true Masters will say there’s always new horizons to SCALE, so it should be – for YOU TOO).

Thats a little something more for the price whiners…

Anyway, the two things – one being “lever” work – which heavily disadvantages the forearms – and the entire body if you use the entire body too – and REALLY focuses on building certain muscle groups – the closest thing to “isolation” you can get, but youre still working compound muscles together big time!

Gymnasts will know a thing or two about grip and levers.

There’s bodyweight movements on the floor alone that I could give you that would take you years to master – the INITIAL lever movements – trust me, there is NO limit to what you can take bodyweight workouts to (I dont have a book out on level movements as yet though, maybe in the future).

But lets talk grip.

Take a thick handled heavy old fashioned garden hoe, and hold – simply hold – so that the damn thing is at right angles to your forearm (and don’t bring the whole body into it – focus more on forearms).

Bring it up and down with forearm strength alone.

If you can do this at all, you’ve already got a pretty damn strong grip (if you can HOLD in that position).

If you can do it with even 8 kg clubs, you’re approaching “stud” status (same thing for maces, kettlebells, and so forth).

Look, those levers – another one of them is .. ah, but thats secret #2 – force the forearms to work when they’re disadvantaged position wise, just do ’em, you’ll really see.

Even those of you like me, not a lot at all – that can do thick grip pull-ups willy nilly will find this hard when you first begin.

And it will REALLY make the forearms pop and bring out vascularity like you ain’t never seen before, hidden veins popping out ALL over the place.

Do these regularly, do these throughout the day, the old timers all did it.

And the second tip – well, fingertip work.

Fingertip pushups.

Any of the Animal Kingdom Workouts (upper body movements) done on your fingertips.

These are another type of “lever” – especially if you’ve got long fingers. Hehe.

And let me tell you, working pushups on your digits, doing animal movements – or even finger pull-ups (but I dont rate those very highly, to be honest) – these strengthen not just the fingers, but the entire forearm in “reverse” like you dont get from just gripping like a monster.

So do all the other methods I’ve explained here..

Get your grip on NOW.

The two best “physical” investments I made around the house in terms of fitness
- You *should* be able to guess one...

One of them is something those of you on the list should guess right.

Yup, you got it – that trusty ole chinning bar!

From the time I welded a huge rusty iron pipe to the hallway in my apartment in china (landlady never knew – thank Goodness, hehe) – to taking it down and putting up a regular chinning bar in the bedroom doorway (landlord DID give the OK for that, I doubt he would have for the other one – yall know the story on that!) – well, I’ve never quite been without a chinning bar at home.

Even when I was a bonfaide phat phock x 10 – even in the Middle East, where at certain points I really blew up – I’d get me a chinning bar and use it at home (despite people telling me to lose weight FIRST).

Hehe.

It’s always been there for me, along with my squats, favorite exercise by far – although pushups are a close second!

Now, I’ve said before you dont NEED pull-ups to get in super shape – but it’s a natural movement you’d be an idiot not to get damn good at – along with monkey bar work (more on that in Gorilla Grip, another hidden key to MASSIVE and quick gains in upper body and especially GRIP strength, nothing quite works the forearms like it for one, traps too).

(especially if you do them with added weights, two at a time like I do etc).

(btw, for more great tips on building that rock solid, CAST IRON, “kung fu like” UNSHAKEABLE grip, check out an oft ignored book – Gorilla Grip I(TIPS!))

Anyway – what is the second?

You  might NOT be able to guess that one!

I’ve gone on record saying you dont need fancy equipment to get in shape, but there’s lots of useful tools, clubs, grippers, a lot of great stuff out there – and a highly underrated “ab roller” I’ve written about before, and not as much as I should – primarily because I dont use it a lot (I dont need to!).

Anyway #2?

Them damn thick grips I use on the chinning bar.

I think they’re around 4 inches thick if I’ve got it right, now you’d think for a guy who does pull-ups all the time outside on thick iron bars – this wouldn’t be a big deal – but you’d be wrong in a way.

Its great to do ’em that way, you should.

But thick grips – you can really SQUEEZE these suckers like you cannot an iron bar …

More to the point though – if you’re like me, and if you’re doing pull-ups throughout the day – which I do often if I dont do them outside all at once (another key to getting better at pull-ups) … then it’s a hell of a lot different banging out 10 perfect pull-ups every time you pass by the chinning bar and doing them WITHOUT the grips.

Trust me, when I first got these grips, they were a challenge for me.

Trust me on this one,  yes, even for me.

OF course, I didnt half ass form.

And I found that its not just grip you tax more, when you really squeeze, you force yourself to focus on FORM – and lats even more – your entire upper body is tensed that much more, you build that much more muscle, burn that much fat – and serious grip work taxes the brain like nothing else as well.

You might find that strange to believe but our hands have the max number of pressure points/connections to the ole “big head” – or whatever you choose to call it, or the lack thereof for many people these days!

And training the grip hard – you train the whole body, the brain as well.

Same thing for squats, when you really grip with the toes like I tell you to in Squat 101, like I told you in these emails before, then you’re working the pressure points of the SOLE intensely – whether or not you believe in reflexology is NOT the point here.

Just do ’em that way – daily, and lot of ’em … and report back after 30 days on your overall health, well being, how you feel …

Well, my friend, had to write to you about that.

Maybe I’ll do some club work now – another massive T booster if done right, a lot of people dont …

But there it is – the two best investments in fitness I ever made, didnt cost a bomb, lasted like forever, and so forth …

Food for thought for YOU TOO, my friend.

And remember, if you do pull-ups, or anything do ’em right.

Squats – the 0 Excuses Fitness System has most of all you need to know, along with Squat 101, the upcoming book.

Pull-ups, well, here you go – and here.

And thats that, back soon.

Best

Ps – Those on the fence, stop dilly dallying and get the damn books already, my friend. Time stops for NOBODY, it wont for your lazy butt either…

Do what you should have done yesterday NOW (if you have not already, really, if you cannot feel yourself RACING to order after you read all this, you aint got a pulse, hehe, thats really the bottom line, and I dont train people without a pulse. Hehe).

PS #2 – A lot of our great products are available in compilation format too – be sure and check ’em out.

There was a time where (and you guys wont believe this, given I’m Mr Gorilla Grip) I could BARELY free my arm from his CLUTCH!
- Yes, there was!

Truth be told, I’m damn glad that time was there, and it was there.

I’m damn glad for the long run I got bullied at school, and no-one helped out – the opposite, actually.

I’m damn glad I wasn’t fit naturally, have genetics that are prone to the polar opposite despite the fitness machine I am NOW – and I’m glad I was never naturally strong.

And a host of other things.

And yes, that I was super PHAT at a certain point (but never a lazy phocker).

All of this has helped developed the never say die spirit in me, never giving up, going the whole humpty or not at all – the “brutally honest” character I have, the brutal and full fledged nature (and true) of my books, writing, and my workouts – and all else.

I would never have it any other way, I’d rather have it tough, learn how to fend for myself as opposed to the coddled BS today (even my Mom agrees there about the coddling and stupidity in school these days – where teachers are more interested in make up and phones, and end up throwing the entire term’s syllabus at the kids right before the exams, and do precisely F all the entire term – yes, true story! – and you know if Mom agrees with me, it’s true!).

Anyway, incident I’m referring to was in high school.

Eleventh or 12th grade perhaps.

Mayank Singh was his name, I believe. We took the bus home together. Hehe.

And we’d often get in each other faces.

His house is still near mine (the Indian house that is).

And one fine aftenoon we were fighting over something, grip or something, my friend kept saying ‘Mayank’ was fat, I was solid (I was sKINNY, lol) – and one thing led to the other, he gripped my forearm.

I tried all I could, I could barely budge my arm!

I gave him a piece of my mind.

He just looked at me and stared – “You could barely free your arm!”

And that, like another friend Rajinder once told me “Make yourself indestructible!”

IT’s the polar opposite fitness and grip wise these days, of course, most of my classmates are happily or not married, and ALL are so rotund – or most – you would never recognize them (if you knew them growing up).

But anyway, wasn’t all bad growing up for me, I did put the Gorilla Grip on a guy’s neck – left marks no less – in 8th grade.

Curiously enough that was the time when I went to Taekwondo class regularly, did NOT have a pot belly (you, if you’ve seen my skinny photos growing up, I weighed 60 kgs soaking wet perhaps in high school would not believe the pot belly part, but believe me, ninth grade onwards it was there – lack of exercise and too many Colas showed – to me at least! not to mention when the guys pinch gripped that phat around the waist, hehe – painful shit!) … and watched lots of WWE.

After I did that, I got a beating at home (for some reason as y’all know my parents wouldn’t look at what the other guy did , and their philosophy till this date is one of “keeping the peace”, not reacting physically – mine has always been, or wanted to be – pound him back x 10 – not just pound him back, pound x 100 really, so he doesnt dare to do it again – not so much permanently disable the fucker, but damn close, and I’m that way today as well and so it shall BE) … and WWE, well lets just say I watched it on the sly *them chokeslams, hehe*.

Taekwondo, well, that was stopped in ninth grade for some stupid reason “pressure of studies” or some crap, I dont even know, I still remember my instructor stopping one day in the middle of the road, asking me why I didnt come to class, smiling at me, I still remember him on his bike, good guy he was – not just because he praised my pushups even at that age!

Anyway – as I passed “Mayank’s” house today either in my head – or in real life, you decide – hehe – seems the same to me sometimes, it’s so vivid all of it, and spoke to a guy there who was tending to a lady – I ended up interrupting.

Lady didnt mind at all apparently, she was more than glad to chat it up with us.

Nice lady!

Maybe she had this feeling deep down inside that years ago, this dude was the skinny boy going with her rather “stronger” son to school – who knows, I dont know, she never saw me, but these things permeate!

Then, the joke I almost forgot to tell y’all about, I told my daughter, but she of course said it wasn’t funny, but it’s a bad joke, inside joke, but those are the funniest if you catch the drift (like when Rocky once asked Adrian “why cows wear bells” because the horns dont work, hehe)…

This Aussie fast bowler back in the day Adam Dale, this friend of mine (Mayank) would pronouce his name (last name) as “Dah-leigh” (as in “Dahmer”, “Ashleigh”) due to the Aussie accent he heard on TV (and then got confused with the Indian one too – hehe – back then India didnt have that much cable or exposure to down Under anyway) …

I told him the right way to pronounce it.

He said OK.

But from there on it became a running joke, “Dale Aa Gaya, Dale!”

(Dale is coming!)

(he did quite well against India did Dale sometimes!)

The way he pronounced it in Hindi was the way I said, except in Hindi that way it means “put” – which is how you say “bowled a ball” in hindi …

Given it was cricket, the joke stuck.

Not so much for my daughter TODAY. Hehe.

Anyway ……………..

Moral of the story – train your grip HARD – because your very life might depend upon it.

(not just that story – read the story of Sig Klein as well on Gorilla Grip (Advanced!)).

(and there are plenty more I could recount and tell ya)

Grip isn’t something you train at the end and forget about it, it isn’t a “by product” of your training all the time, in fact grip and core workouts are so damn important you need to dedicate entire workouts to them – and remember that YES, grip training is damn near as important as BREATHING.

Lots of people think that “size” is what matters forearm wise and otherwise.

Nope.

I’ve seen skinny guys with amazingly strong grips, and weak grips, I’ve seen phat phockers with even weaker grips, ditto for a lot of boobybuilders.

It matters what you DO – not how you look, although if you train the way I do – you’ll get a hell of a lot of constant compliments passed your way daily, that I guarantee, and we can’t argue with that can we. Hehe.

Anyway – to end –

The two books that will build a cast iron grip like no other –

Gorilla Grip, Gorilla Grip (Advanced).

Please, before you get them – read these two things –

One, get them in that order, no, you cannot just skip to advanced level first.

And two, the baseline BEFORE you get them should be 0 Excuses Fitness, else YOU, my friend are truly putting the cart before the goddamned horse…

And thats that.

Back soon.

Why women love “brooding rebels” and what that has to do with YOU.
- Some man to man talk here, heh

First off … this dispatch here is for real men, not liberals, not wusses, not pansies that get easily offended, certainly not the best and brightest (not) of the lot i.e. Nazi feminists (but I love ’em, I make SO much $$ from some of them on auto pilot, hehe, without them even knowing which is the ultimate “kick”) …

If you fit into any of those categories, or if you’re just interested in fitness, please click away.

(actually, there is a bit about fitness. There always is).

But anyway, while searching for something to watch on Prime, I came across some movie I wouldn’t watch in a bazillion years, something about some “happily married and faithful girl” (aint they all, hehe) “loyal to her high school sweetheart” and other feel good crap – until she meets a brooding rebel who makes her re-examine her life, what she is doing with it, priorities, hidden feelings, DESIRES etc.

Now, I aint gonna watch it.

But I could tell you one damn thing – those movie makers may or may not have made a good movie (I dont know, I dont care) but the description dudes got it spot on.

I believe they call them “content writers”. Hehe.

Why do I say that – well, EXPERIENCE.

Sure, women all want money – so men know, think, and it’s true, but the bottom line – even with all the money in the world, EXCITEMENT is what they really crave – along with intelligence (hence the boot to the Bozo and so forth) (although Bozo doesnt quite like that sort of boot, hehe) – and something new, fun, conversation, making them think, TALKING – instead of alpha macho male crap ALL The time (though it works a lot of times) – and so forth, but again – back to excitement.

REBELLION.

A free spirit, someone not tied down by the mores of this world.

Someone THEY want to be. And so forth.

You might have heard two sayings.

“Women love bad boys”.

“Women are never satisfied”.

Both BE true. Hehe.

And yours truly, the experiences I’ve had with so many females, all so called happily married is but one form of proof here.

“But she would have married you if she loved you” whine the Nazi feminists.

Um, first off, honey, I didnt want to marry her. Neither did she. Women can be and usually are very cold blooded and transactional in nature (no, not always money either) than most think …

Or so called practical “having her cake and eating it too”.

Second – I’m hardly the perfect husband, and I go out of my way to advertise it.

Very proudly.

Not for me the stable job, the 9-5, the cuckolded lifestyle so many men love to live saying “its to keep the peace” and so forth.

(dont get me wrong, if thats you reading it – hey – to each his own, I really dont care, but I could not personally live like that, I never have, I never will).

And bad boys, the “danger” – the allure – all of it – women, my friend, are IRRESISTIBLY drawn to that sort.

That dont mean you can get away without brain, but if you have some, it makes your job SO much easier. Hehe.

Now, point of me telling you all this?

Isn’t to brag, no.

Isn’t to give you relationship advice, no.

It’s to tell you this.

What women really like physically, Nazi feminists included – and I’ve been very damned vocal about this, because it’s true is not the “big huge bulky muscles look”.

Fat guys convince themselves that “she likes big men”.

No she dont either, she’s merely getting by with one. Hehe.

Ask her if you dont believe me.

What women like the MOST, and what (curiously enough or maybe not every true bad boy I’ve known has this) is raw animal sexuality coupled with a FLAT stomach.

Yes, it’s not the wang doodle, or even the brain up there (though thats very important).

It’s the FLAT stomach, core strength, strong legs and muscular without it being too obvious back that women really like.

Strong arms.

Traps.

And no, a huge chest or bulging biceps is not necessarily a turn on, usually the opposite.

Dont believe me?

Ask any woman.

Ask her – or simply watch any real movie or “real” porno or what not (if there is such a thing) and see if you can figure out the part of the body women love the most, touch the most and…

And you shall see. Hehe.

Now, what does this have to do with you?

Well. simply this.

To turn into an irresistible force of nature, not just to women, but fitness wise – oddly enough the latter is what attracts the former – auto pilot, once you get the latter down you wont even consciously think of the former – a REAL brute – an ANIMAL – in every which way if you get my drift (arent we all such animals, females included, hehe) – well, you’ve got two options – both options actually need to be taken.

One, follow what I tell you in Animal Kingdom workouts, and you’ll see (enough said).

And two, get good at pull-ups, damn good …

This little course here teaches you how… And then THIS one.

And make sure to get your CORE work in – daily, everyday, multiple times a day, regularly. Please dont be a lazy ass and skip leg core and grip work – its not going to work, period.

And thats that.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
