This morning (or afternoon), I caught myself doing something that I do so often it’s become auto pilot (for me, at least).

Something that no-one even notices when I do it.

It’s an exercise you do on your two feet – with hands raised – an isometric.

And you PUSH, push, push.

It’s also a modified variant of a Gama like training secret that I’ve used in the past to boost my abilities on handstand pushups – from quite literally, STUD – to SUPER STUD.

True, the “Stud to Super Stud” book I’ve written is about pull-ups, not HSPU’s.

(And the rollicking review or lack of it on THIS page is a must read, hehe).

(Left by the greatest living troll on this planet. I’m luvin it, hehe)

But I could have written on like that on that too – but instead, I named it Battletank Shoudlers, because … well, more than stud, you’ll feel like a RAGIN, PRIMAL BATTLETANK – SOLID in a way NO OTHER EXERCISE can do for you – BRUTE PRIMAL STRENGTH – more than with pull-ups alone – when you get good at the exercises and workouts therein.

It’ll take you a long, long time, that I’ll tell you – even for those of you that can press Manhattan lying on your back.

And speaking of which?

This is one secret isometric training technique I use often – so often I Do it without being aware of it.

Now, isometrics have many benefits.

To me, I use them mainly to feel like a billion bucks (those stretches open you up like nothing else from the inside out – pun not intended) – and STRENGTHENING the tendons and ligaments beyond belief – in a way “simple” bodyweight training and definitely NOT weight training CANNOT do for you.

But a hidden benefit, and indeed why most, or a lot of people want it?

It’s to get STRONGER, while recovering from injuries, but emphasis on the STRONGER part here.

And they increase your strength so quickly and so impressively that it beggars belief.

I literally went from 6 HSPUS per set to 10+ within 2 days of adopting this technique a few year back.

I didnt write about it then. I could have, but my stuff is tested for YEARS before I bring it to you …(hence my confidence in my products, and the no refunds policy. We’re truly the BEST out there in fitness, bar none, and our client’s words reflect this too).

Tom Tomming aside … what DID I do?

Well, the Gama pushed against a tree. Thats all.

Yes, and he stayed undefeated in more matches than most men have ever wrestled, or started to.

Pro level matches. REAL wrassling.

And yet, you’ve got wackos, Bozo and morons that complain about “this book is too simple!” – this book is just “bodyweight stretches!” when you put in something like that.

Hint – I did NOT put in Gama’s training technique in the book – well, not the one I mentioned above. I gave you that for free.

But really.

If it worked for the Gama, I think it’ll work for YOU!

(and if it worked for Bruce Lee, Alexander Zass and the rest).

In the book though, I’ve gone one step better and given you a combo of exercises and workouts to do that not only increase strength and flexibility like never before but make you feel like a billion bucks too.

What I did today?

Well, I could have put it in the book, but bozos like “Andrea or someone from Italy” would wank up a storm.

“Too simple!”

This idiot never got back, by the way, on his performance or even if he DID the “too simple things”.

Anyway, enough said – what did I do?

I pushed with all my might for a few SECONDS, yes, that is all against a low lying ceiling.

Too simple, I hear people wailing. And he’s charging big bucks for that!

Well, my friend, these too simple secrets arent tom tommed enough, and used right, they give you spectacular results like NOTHING ELSE WILL or CAN!

ALL the oldtimers used them (they knew the value of such training).

It can be done throughout the day without people knowing, noticing, or “I’ve got to change to get a workout done”.

Or whatever. No excuses for one …

And last, but not least, no, it ain’t just pushing.

It’s activating everything from the inside out AS YOU PUSH!

And that sort of thing, my friend is what people dont understand, and why I put out my bestselling book on isometrics.

Truly one of the greatest and best books I’ve ever written – if you want it – here is where to get it!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – I’ll be back. But really, if you want it, get it – this book is a MUST have for any serious trainee.
