“Anyone with half a brain knows the VALUE of what you DO”
- Another sage comment!

So said Charles Mitchell, and y’all on the list know him already!

A great “ex man in blue” customer that has been with me for a long, long time now (indeed, it seems like “forever” when I First sent the email on sprints and heard back from him that afternoon in China! (though he had gotten my stuff even before that)) . . .

And we rapped about a LOT. Lot of things. Politics, life, what not.

For a change I’ll try to be less verbose. Lets see how it goes (not, hehe).

Anyway, he was saying he was sick of hearing of the Bozo for one.

And I dont blame him! I was getting sick of it myself, so I stopped writing about him.

Until a point, it was fine and WARRANTED, but now that Schofield’s disappeared back into whatever “crevice” he prefers, or hole, or cubbyhole or what not, “good riddiance to bad rubbish” is what I say.

YES, his brazen and UNWARRANTED attacks deserved a fightback that NO-ONE except me has given me as of yet.

But he’s backed down – so long as he stays quiet, we’ll “let him fester” , hehe, as I told Charles I believe.

Anyway, he then made the comment about “Anyone with half a brain can see the value in what I can do”, and how, well, let me just paste here.

Some of this is chopped – I’m including what is relevant (not the politics part etc.

Anyone with half a brain can see the value in what you produce.  You have to ignore a lot of stupidity in this world or it will eat away at you.

That was a nice discount you recently offered, I only wish I could use it for my kindle as I have no more space in my small apartment for physical books.  Very interested also in the 70% Gorilla 30% Human book, sounds great.  Eventually I know I will get it.  The problem with transferring an ebook to your kindle is that you cannot adjust the print for it on the kindle the same way you can for a book that has been formatted for kindle.  I have your Battle Tank Shoulders book and the Pushups Central book on kindle and have no problem reading then at all.  I will just save my pennies and get what I want on kindle even if I pay full price Lord knows your books are certainly worth it!

Now, why do I mention this part verbatim and not the other emails he sent me?

Well, for one, I wanted to affirm my support for Donald Trump again, hehe, something Charles agrees with.

For the record, I still think Joe Biden is a great guy personally, but I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again – he is in WAY over his head.

VP Kamala is the one I really cannot “fathom” for the life of me! A person that cannot seem to decide what ethnic background she is from for one – black when she wants black votes, And Indian when she wants those, and God knows what else!

Ugh. Can’t stand people like that. The most USELESS VP ever, personally I’d say.

But more than that, why do I mention it?

Well, first off, what he said about KINDLE.

Now, Kindle is something I haven’t quite done as of yet.

My publishers on the “other site” that I worked with WAY back in the day do it, so I’ve asked them how to convert my pdfs (currently, most of you get pdf’s via digital download after purchase, which works fine for MOST People, especially Dinos like me that read on the computer if at all, and abhor tablets and Kindles of any nature, and prefer paperbacks wherever at all possible – – but lots of you want Kindles too!) to Kindle format, since pdf in some regards apparently doesnt transfer over well to Kindle (in some regards).

that ain’t a deal breaker to me. Neither is to him, or any of the other DOERS.

Because for the most part the two are compatible (pdf and kindle).

But there are some small things, like not being to adjust fonts etc …

It’s one of things I gotta get sorted, and its on the bucket list of things to do.

So much to do, so little time!

But it’ll be worth it when I figure out HOW To do it. I know there’s softwares out there claiming to do it, but I’ve never done it before, and while that might sound strange coming from a former IT guy, its true.

So, we’ll see what my publishers (erstwhile) on the “other site” get back with. They’re great, great guys! (from the UK).

Now, the discount?

Well, ya’ll know why I pulled it!

But most of all, I am mentioning it for the book “Profound 70% GORILLA 30% human  Handstands“, which hasn’t quite made it up the popularity charts as yet (at least not on THIS site) – but it will!

Here is what I told Charles about it –

Hi again Charles

(hopefully the rapid emails aren’t too “overwhelming”, hehe. I know I “talk a lot”!)

The book you’re referring to i.e. Profound Handstands is more variations on the handstand pushup that “look simple”, but when you do, they’re anything but. Man, those workouts – my shoulders (and remember, I do these all day long i.e. handstand pushups!) were so damned sore I could barely type the next day!

Thats another reason I’m doing the book on implements (that, and well, a lot of people want it) – Indian clubs for one are a great way not just to build strength, but also alleviate soreness etc in a way that is different to isometrics (which I’ve already put out a book on – and to be honest – THAT response stunned me – people loved it!) (I’m not saying I didnt think the book wasn’t useful, but that book literally took to people like a “duck to water”, hehe, and still is).

But anyway, that aside – yes, agreed. Sometimes and often times its best to ignore trolls and Bozos of any nature – but “beyond a certain point”, you just have to sometimes (as you know) put an END to their nonsense, or they’ll just keep going on and on. . .

<chopped>

(I know I promised to be less verbose. Hey, we’re already past 1040 words. LOL)

But anyway, thats something to note about “level 3 of handstands and handstand pushups” as I like to call that book – and isometrics too.

What looks simple is anything but when you actually do it, as Panourgias, another great customer from Greece recently told me!

You ask for review.well when you do them look easy but I need a lot of hard work to do any of them.the good think is that you describe them in a way that I understand and I am motivated the same time.the thinks that look simple is the most difficult and it is the trap where stupid’s fall and say that it is not worth it.you are a doer and that’s who doers need to teach them.i cant judge someone who is better in something but I can spot who to follow.

And there you go – straight from the horse’s mouth that!

So those of you uber serious about handstands etc, grab the course now (along with the one on isometrics).

Battletank shoudlers, and Pushup Central, well, I’ve already (and my customers too) waxed lyrical on that!

As Charles Mitchell said, they’re worth every penny!

And thats why he’s happy to pay full price for my books with NO regrets!

So it should be.

Lets see, what else. LEt me scroll up!

Ah, books.

Charles was the one that originally, I believe asked me for a book on isometrics and others did too.

A year later, it “came out”, or months later, whichever it was.

And he’s asked me for the following too.

A book on one armed training

A book on muscle ups.

And a book on ADVANCED plyometrics (well, thats what the name is that I’m going to call it!).

And the NEXT one on the list is most likely the book on training with implements which another great guy John from the UK has been asking me for quite a while now, so I best do it, hehe.

And other than that, I suppose two last things.

One, remember we’re down to TWO copies of the Collector’s Edition of Fast and Furious Fitness from 8.

Once these are gone, they’re GONE.

Yes, the book is what 0 Excuses Fitness was modeled upon, but it’s still different in many regards – get it and you’ll see!

The ORIGINAL edition, nothing beats that – truly a COllector’s item (which is why yours truly will be keepign the last copy for himself).

No, I wont do a reprint of that edition. So if you want in, jump on this NOW.

And the Kindle conversion thingy – if anyone has any ideas – shoot ’em in – let me know!

And Mr “Pithy” is out after almost 1500 words, heh.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Ah, but this has already gone on long enough!

Some cheer (maybe) during the “dark times”
- This may be an interesting one for YOU!

Lets switch tack a bit, bro!

I’ve been talking a LOT about future plans – marketing my books etc – and customer feedback – testimonials – Bozos (lol, which certain customers are “weary” of hearing about, and I dont blame ’em, and thats why I didn’t mention that guy Schofield until 2020, but his public attacks were getting worse, and at a certain point Rahul Mookerjee done got the red ass, went full bore, and well, you know the rest!) – and everything else.

But let’s rap a little about DARK times.

You know, the “down times” that the so called self help gurus etc never talk about.

Everything is always “rosy” and rose tinted for a lot of the self help crowd, which I really don’t get.

I mean, YES, you attract what you feel, but at the same, dark times – REAL dark times – are a very real reality for a lot of people, especially those that are doing their own thing with no support, those that start businesses, fail, then re-build, re-start, often times through and due to NO fault of their own other than “trying to climb out of the bucket of crabs” – and so forth . . .

So, me?

Hey.

I’m by NO mean a millionaire.

Do I have plans on becoming one? Well, I’ll keep that under my hat for now.

Tell the world what you’re going to do, but SHOW it first!

But at the same time, I went through plenty of these dark “in a hole” times mentally … and while I dont know if I’ll have the exact same times again, I may – I may not – but I do know one thing.

As Napoleon Hill said in Outwitting the devil, the book that is probably instrumental for getting me through more dark times mentally than anything else.

“The subconscious mind truly knows no limitations!”

Anyway, I often remember lying in bed after evening cursing everything and anything in particular.

With a massive headache.

Wondering “why it wasn’t happening” (I’m referring to other businesses I have not yet spoken about in these here emails).

Wonder when it would.

And most of all the thought of quitting sometimes came into my mind.

It never STAYED, but it came many a times!

But always, I fought it.

I wouldn’t let it stay.

NEVER QUIT!

Some of the thoughts that helped me in this process?

Napoleon Hill’s book Three Feet from Gold speaks of someone who was SO near to success – big time – but he gave up.

Literally, he stopped drilling for gold – and it was later found three feet from where he stopped due to lack of persistence (admittedly he tried, and the good thing – he took that lesson to become a million dollar insurance salesman later in life!) – and , well, the guy with brains that did drill became a billionaire.

That book is so awesome I’ve done what I NEVER do and hate doing – gotten a “audible” copy (audio book which I dont like, but I couldn’t find the print book at th etime, so…)

(I’m not on Audible, for those wondering. Maybe in the future, I dont know. )

Then often times, “mysteriously” a blinding white flash would flash in front of me.

Strange things happened.

Donald Trump, a man I mention so often in my emails and I’ll never stop doing so would often show up in my dreams.

I still remember that one evening where he showed up, friendly and smiling with his hand on my shoulders “We gotta keep GOING!

He was RIGHT.

Then I’d remember what Napoleon HIll wrote about persistence, and true success being denied to ALL but those who could take every punishment and every hardship of every form, mostly unimaginable thrown at ’em.

I’d remember Edison, who once famously said “most men’s greatest successs come ONE step after their biggest failure (when they give up”.

I’d remember Hills own quote on “No man who has succeeded has found himself on more than one occasion with one foot hanging WELL OVER the brink of failure!

And so forth.

Many other things .. .

So for YOU, my friend, if YOU are going through tough times – of whichever nature?

I hope this email “cheers you up a little!”

Remember, so long as you have faith and then DO the thing – literally nothing can stop you.

(China plague or not).

ANd that, my friend is the message for now. Decidely a non “sales” one, but heres the thing – we’re down to TWO editions of the Collector’s Edition of Fast and Furious Fitness, so if you want in?

Jump on this NOW, my friend.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – The next book out should be the one on training with implements. Lots of my great customers have been pushing me on it, but I got a bit side tracked with the book on combating Nazi feminism, hehe. Not to worry – that first book is already 70% done – now it’s a matter of the “right time” and when that comes, both YOU and I will KNOW, hehe.

What to do if you consider exercise to be a chore, and why I pulled the “BIGOFFER” discount, and more.
- YES.

In an email prior to this, I sent you something about a “complaint” a former student had about “she never had any time for anything because she “worked” unlike yours truly who sits at home, drinks beer, and sends emails, and makes $$”.

Now, the post is here, so I won’t get into it again.

Here is what a DOER replied in response to that email (and while it may seem “why is he mentioning this here” – hang with me – he’s got a valid point indeed – one which I did not notice!).

I pulled that discount yesterday after sending an email to that effect.

But, I sent another one later … anyway, lets look at what he said.

Hello Rahul

I can’t imagine why anyone would consider exercise a slog but I know there are mentally impaired people out there who think that way.
For me I could no more give up exercising than I could give up breathing, if you’ve exercised seriously for a reasonable length of time it becomes part of who you are and if you’re forced to stop for any reason you begin to suffer withdrawal symptoms, anyone who does not know what I’m talking about obviously has not trained sufficiently hard for long enough for exercise to become deeply embedded into their psychophysiology.
On to another matter, <part of this is chopped – I’m including what is relevant> …..
…. to purchase the collectors edition of Fast and Furious Fitness, I tried to use the discount code bigoffer to complete the purchase, however, I got the response “discount code invalid” but in the email below you say that the discount is still active, so, I’m just a little confused, am I using the wrong code?

Good question, John!!

Now first off, the discount code. I pulled it right after I sent one of those emails yesterday – ah, but wait.

Rather than type it out again, let me paste my response which should make ALL clear.

Hey John

Thanks for getting back to me on this! I suppose the exercise thing is down to mental conditioning i.e. say something enough times, and the idiots believe it no matter what. I think you’ll remember I posted about a former Indian cricket captain (and he ain’t that old – perhaps around 50 at most) getting a heart attack while on the treadmill doing his daily “half an hour or whatever”. Angioplasty or something … but this is a CRICKETER, remember.

Admittedly they werent as fit back then as they are now, but cricket still involes a lot of sprints which Ganguly did, and if that sort of person can buy into the Bozo mentality and then suffer, and then go back to the same thing most likely, well, that alone speaks tomes as to the power of conditioning!

Ah well, enough on that front . . . And you’re spot on in terms of “withdrawal symptoms” – once it becomes a regular part of your routine and a habit – impossible to live without it, and thats a GOOD thing.

Now, the discount code, I disabled that one you’re referring to because I was just starting to get SO MANY idiotic questions (one being from an idiot who wanted to buy Gorilla Grip – $17.99 and then was complaining that the 30% discount didnt apply to that, and why and what not), so it was just getting to be too much hassles, so I just up and removed the discount as I said in an email prior to this.

Obviously real folks i.e. DOERS like YOU know they can email me directly to get discounts etc if applicable and if their situation warrants it, so its not a big deal, really – just less “Bozonator” inquiries to deal with.

Please use this code <chopped>. This should give you the same discount (30%) on the collector’s edition

I suppose though with regard to that BIGOFFER discount code – I should have technically said there is a minimum order required ($100) but to be honest, it’s never been an issue with most people that “get it” anyway. I for one think it’s pretty obvious why it wouldn’t apply to just a $17.99 purchase, but hey, who am I to say that, hehe. But anyway – thanks for pointing this out buddy – much appreciated!!

There is more, but thats all that needs to be said here.

First, <chopped> ain’t a discount code for those wondering.

Second, so thats the story with the discount. My bad for scheduling another email a while later which mentioned the discount code that was disabled prior to sending that one out!

(And thank you John for pointing that out!! Much appreciated).

Third, the takeaway on exercise – this is two fold – one, the obvious – pavement pounding and long drawn out routines aren’t what you should be looking at.

Quick and dirty does the trick.

Sure, long walks etc are great but you do those for reasons other than “fitness”.

And if exercise seems like a chore to you, make it a part of your routine – your daily habit.

Much like brushing your teeth is a part of you, and taking a shower either in the AM or PM or both is . . .

Make things a HABIT, and do so with conviction, and you’re less likely to miss (in fact, as he says you won’t WANT to miss).

Conditioning ,my friend is key – and I speak about this in the FIRST Commandment of Physical (or any) Success in 0 Excuses Fitness.

The mental simply cannot be overlooked!

Fourth, remember that after he orders – we will be down to TWO editions of the Collector’s Edition of Fast and Furious Fitness, so if you want it – jump NOW.

No,  Mr Mercurial and Unpredictable Mookerjee will NOT  print another edition with that same cover etc. It just won’t happen. Once it’s gone, its gone – with the wind, so if you want IN, take action NOW.

Fifth, doers, if you seriously cannot do with a discount, email me and … ah, but wait.

If you’re a DOER – you know this part!

Sixth, and last, my old boss who I just sent you a note about was and is a great guy and a convert to “Saying it like it is”.

He called ME out too for mistakes I made – and I admit it – and he was right on that too, and WE are right in calling the Bozos out for who they are, hehe.

And thats the blast.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Pick up the best course on pushups – truly the best ever – that will turn you into a MONSTER like the best – right here – Pushup Central. There is none better than this!

Why my old boss was so damned RIGHT about “HR” being the MOST USELESS function in any organization.
- Spot on, and this is sure to offend, but it's so true.

He was right.

Pankaj, an old boss of mine sometime in 200…6, I believe, had the following to say about HR in general.

(This was when I was asking him about “if I could ask them something”, and “why something wasn’t getting done”).

“Rahul you have to know who to talk to to get things done!”

So true … and he then pointed to his “major domo in charge”, a beefy, swarthy man named Rawat who I always liked.

I’ve liked those types forever!

In THAT job (after this one I’m referring to), I drank tons and tons of beer with the General De facto guy there – who earned more than me at the time, but he was and remains the friendliest guy ever.

Actually, they all were, and probably still are.

Including the old boss I refer to here.

But his HR was the typical bitchy snotty “trying to be Nazi feminist” and flirting with everyone she could despite having a boyfriend or what not woman that was to be avoided.

Yours truly was asking her about the AC I believe.

In the heat of summer, in India and china, people don’t turn on the AC “because they feel cold” apparently.

Yours truly can’t live without it!

The boss saw I was sweating bullets, asked me why I didnt ask ’em to turn on the AC.

I wasn’t sure what to say, after all … I mean, I didnt want to directly say the girl wouldn’t do it! (though I Was pissed, yes, and I guess it SHOWED).

Anyway, he made the above comment.

And then …

“HR is the most USELESS function in any organization”, he said quietly. With an expression of utter disgust on his face that lasts till THIS day in my mind.

(He said this semi publicly, but publicly enough for everyone to know his views on it. He was the boss though, so the Nazi feminists bit their lip and probably gave their boyfriends and S.O.’s at home hell over it anyway, hehe.

And he was RIGHT, my friend.

He was so right!

This morning, as I was getting frustrated with a person of that ilk (note – to me – HEADHUNTERS in general, not so much HR, though they are similar have been the most colosally godawfully DUMB And STUPID people ever – as Uncle Bob once famously said “about as useful as screen doors on a submarine“), I remembered the following.

And the following line leapt into my mind as I was going to “confront” them.

“Whats the point dealing with Bozos”.

True dat.

And I calmed down almost instantly.

There’s no point, my friend, beating your head against a BRICK wall of any nature.

And the same thing (btw, HR and female headhunters seem to have one thing in common – they’re all fine BEFORE they switch to Grandma inspired Nazi feminism, right down to their attire which they Tom Tom as being stylish, but is anything but, and deep down inside they know it) applies to certain EXERCISES.

The lat pulldown machine, my friend, is such an idiotic ever “pander to lazyasses” invention that you’re better off not even thinking about it, let alone doing it or – talking about it.

Pull-ups make you feel like a real man, and build real strength – there is no getting around the fact.

Latpulldown = monkey without any of the real strength.

Same thing for the utterly asinine chest press “machine” I’ve seen or pec deck or whatever the hell it’s called.

You sit your ass on a padded seat, put your elbows into some padded something (ugh) and push.

Supposed to tone the chest. Ugh.

Even bench pressing the regular way is better than that, though we all know the dangers of the bench press!

Anyway, this is a “quickie” Schofield style to tell you exactly what I think of headhunters, HR, and Bozos and Bozo like exercises in general.

There is NO point engaging and or talking LOGIC or sense with them.

Just like you’d stay away from the foaming loonies at the looney tune bin, Nazi feminists and lunatics are to be avoided.

And if the former is of the MALE variety, GIVE it to them.

(Like I am, and will continue to to Schofield, and I ain’t even started).

All of this, my friend, will be explained and how in upcoming BEHEMOTH (biggest ever on this site) book that addresses all the above.

And more.

In the meantime, turn into behemoth – a phenom – a rugged individual for the AGES – by following the exercises and routines in the Rolls Royce of Fitness.

And I’ll see you!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Also, be sure and pick up Corrugated Core while you’re AT IT.

Ps #2 – The Nazi feminists won’t complain about what he said, come to think of it. Why? Well, the word “boss” for one, hehe. Moneyyyyyyyyy! Of course, if Rahul says it, he’s wrong, hehe.

Frigging brick minded MORONS is what I … ah, but I’ll end this one here!

But its TRUE.

Is it just me, or do others get equally annoyed by SPAM they NEVER signed up?
- And never probably would?

I dont know whats up with marketing and marketers in general these days.

You’d think people would be doing more sensible things these days given what the nuts say about the economy being “down” and the worst De-Panic-Ssion ever, and what not …

Seems to be the exact opposite.

Junk email has ALWAYS been an issue for me, but the spam I’m getting these days is not just inventive spam – it’s also desperate – and the numbers are touching record levels.

Part of the last is due to the sites popularity shooting up in the last few months.

Bozo Glyn had a lot to do with that, hehe.

But the other two … I mean, really!

You on this list have seen several examples so far, and I’m regularly now even getting emails with the subject line “Canceled purchase” or “Completed purchase” (in either case, I never went to the site, let alone bough tanything) from ecommerce sites I have NO knowledge of.

Until now, of course, and while some might argue thats the way they want to market – well – all I know NOW of them is that they’re to be avoided.

Especially when I email them politely asking them to take me off my list, and I get this –

HI

its from (chopped since Rahul doesnt want to give them publicity – an ATROCIOUS company if there ever was one) … and not us .. so uve to unsubscribe them

we don’t send so many reminder email

I went to the from company’s website.

It doesn’t have a contact email address, let alone a proper unsubscribe option in those crappy emails they send, bordering on phishing (it’s supposed to be a major payment gateway at that, and this is how they’re convincing people?)

I mean, really.

If i SIGNED up for their crap, I wouldnt care so much.

I mean, if I sign up for a list or whatever, and they barrage me with inane emails all day with NO STORY, no real value, no … Idont know, nothing INTERESTING, no human touch, and all that jazz … I might delete the email, yes, but I wouldnt be remotely as pissed.

After all, I signed up, and if thats what they think they gotta do to make a living, more power to them.

But it’s when a) I never signed up for their junk, and b) there is no unsubscribe link, and c) its CLEAR and BLATANT junk with NO value other than to advertise their company … THAT is where I draw the line, and how!

Only God knows what these clowns BE thinking.

Anyway …

Yours truly is the exact opposite in terms of marketing.

Very clear unsubscribe.

Very clear warning to price shoppers and the Bozos and the like not just on the products page, but also the HOME page . . . (if they read).

Very clear NO REFUNDS whatsoever policy . . .

And so forth.

Sometimes, it seems I do all I can to keep people AWAY as opposed to draw ’em IN.

But given the ineptitude and moronic ****** out there, maybe thats a good thing in part!

I’d rather get those are damned serious about their health and fitness, and noone else.

Thos ethat will do what it takes to get what they WANT – without making EXCUSES.

Either sorry or not …

And on that note, might as well do my customary “solitary” pimp for this email – truly the best ever home based “overall” fitness system out there, and our flagship product – The Rolls Royce of Fitness.

But note (before I sign off).

Some may consider it expensive.

There’s no discount on it currently.

And there likely will not be in the near future given the inanity I’ve dealt with over the past 3 days. (y’all dont know the first of it, hehe).

And it’s ONLY for the Doers, because its NOT for those looking for a quick fix or easy way out to lose weight.

(though if you do what I say, you WILL lose oodles of weight rapidly).

And so forth.

If you’re still with me (and if not no problem) – grab the course here.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Corrugated Core is another course along those lines.

The Jim didnt want me in there because I didnt “have muscles”
- True story ...

Back in the day, I believe this was in 2017 (around the same time I was doing Advanced Hill Training, and training, hard, hard, HARD! – and getting to be leaner than a JAGUAR on speed at that) I went for a walk around the hood.

A fairly well maintained hood at that.

Communist dictatorships DO have some good points!

But anyway, paddy field – > spanking new clean development isn’t the point of this one.

While walking around, I saw several bars – and several Jims.

Which brings to mind an inane comment I saw on a WeShat profile the other day about “I’ll show you which beer to drink after lifting weights” (apparently it’s “the beer that will grow muscle”).

Of course, it was followed by an invite to a group.

Ugh.

I blocked dude. But training wise, he actually looks like a real weightlifter as opposed to boobybuilder. . .

Anyway, more on that later.

The Jim?

Here is what one of them told me (bear in mind, all I was doing was take a look at the madness – and the girls doing “yoga shmoga”, if I were to be honest, hehe) ..

This gym isn’t for guys like you! We want people with muscles!

(Apparently girls without muscles was fine though. Hey, that almighty RMB they have!)

And being they had pictures of Mr Olympia plastered all over the wall along with other puffed and bloated monsters, I got the heck out of Dodge asap.

It’s funny, though.

Dont people go to the gym to build muscle?

Seems my lean and mean look ticked the idiot at the front desk off anyway.

“We dont want Crossfit types!”

I politely told him I dont do Crossfit, and never would, but he wasn’t having none of it (bear in mind, all I was doing was looking around).

I dont know, maybe the girls checking me out pissed him off.

Or maybe the fact I was in better shape than a lot of the other riod monsters pumping in there … and frothing at the nostrils too apparently.

Ugh.

Anyway, I got the red ass (it don’t take much, hehe) and walked out of there, so that was the end of that story, but as I told a customer John about it yesterday, here is what he said.

I’m shocked to hear you say that the gym you visited told you they only want guys with “muscle” to train there, usually it’s the other way around and the gyms tend to discourage the bodybuilder types because they’re worried they’ll frighten the average gym goer away.

I understand where they’re coming from in this regard as a mate of mine used to put together all the weights he’d be using and wouldn’t let the other guy’s in the gym use any of it until he’d finished with it and he was massive so nobody wanted to be the one to challenge him not even the gym’s manager.

Dude he’s referred to is a black belt and a real trainee, not a pumper and toner for “sho” (believe me, John wouldn’t mention him if he wasn’t)

(Which goes to show, you CAN train with weights and implements and weights and make great gains – if you don’t booby build. I’ve personally lifted in the past, as you know, and while I feel bodyweight is the best, there’s nothing wrong with adding a few lifts in there if you so choose. Anyway, more on that in Lumberjack Fitness which will be out hopefully soon).

But the Jims are RETARDED, my friend.

This one was probably doing all they could to protect their biz or what not.

Maybe they were scared I’d sell my stuff to the nutzos!

Believe me, I’ve had muscle men come up to me and look at me doing pull-ups, and then ask me in awe.

“I bet you can do a muscle up!”

This isn’t me Tom Tomming – it’s me telling YOU the results my book can get YOU – for example, “Pull-ups from STUD to SUPER STUD within WEEKS” (which is what I Was training at the time).

So I’d probably piss most of their customers off and in that regard, I guess it was good business for the Jim in that they were protecting the fragile feelings of the pumped up roid monsters.

Fragile indeed, but this brings up an interesting point, and why training at home is the best way to go (yet another reason).

I mean, think about it.

How many times have you waited at the Jim for equipment to be free (and these days, if it’s even open)?

How many times have you stood in line to use a machine?

HOw many times have you wiped off someone else’s sweat from the machine? Ugh. (SChofield might love it, but I bet most of us sane folks don’t!).

How many times have you waited to get on your treadmill, and the minute you think you will, the bimbo on there gets on the phone for one of those interminably long USELESS phone calls?

And so forth…

Training at home on your lonesome, my friend takes care of all this for you.

Just your, your bodyweight, and the floor – and a chinning bar (and implements if you so choose – I generally don’t, except for Indian clubs, jump ropes and the such).

Well, I’ve been known to use the ab roller on OCCASION …

And anyway, if there’s one thing I love about my Rolls Royce Fitness System – or any others – it allows you to get in a workout anyplace, anytime – anywhere – of your own choosing.

No more “depending upon others”.

Just you, the floor, and you’re free to be the BEAST you’ve always wanted to me!

And that, to me makes it all worth it.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – If I really wanted to piss the boobie monsters off at the Jim I referred to above, I should have done some handstands and some workouts out of Animal Kingdom Workouts, hehe.

Why that 30% discount is not going to last forever, and why we won’t offer adult products.
- The things I get!

Some of the emails I get are downright unbelievable, my friend.

Often times, I’m asked why I post ’em here.

Well, because they’re just so unbelievable for one …

Even for Bozo-nators who use automated bots to scour the Internet, and find keywords and then spam based upon that (I wonder if these Bozos knew I once in  past lifetime worked in a job just like that where “several” rungs below me, the guys did just what I’m referring to above in the hopes of getting new business)… I wonder just how they find yours truly in some regards.

More on that later.

First off, the discount – a LOT of you have taken advantage of it, and there are currently THREE Copies left of the “Fast and Furious Fitness” book – the ORIGINAL – the Collector’s edition that so many of you seem to want.

Well, there’s actually TWO left considering I’ll keep the last one for myself, most likely, as a great memory!

Or I might not, I dont know. But I think I will!

But anyway, it’s also leading to a lot of idiotic questions that are starting to irritate me and make me pull my hair out.

Why is there a minimum order limit“, asks Paul (I wont mention further details since he asked “not to be named except for the first name”).

Well, because the purpose is to give you a discount, not the house for free.

And that discount has been very well received, so I’m going to pull it anytime – probably very soon – and DEFINITELY before the Apr 13 date I originally intended on pulling it.

So jump on your purchase NOW if you’ve been “holding off”.

In fact, I’m getting so sick of price wankers that I’m considering NOT doing one size fits all discounts in the future, and just doing ’em for people that email me directly and ask nicely.

We’ll see what happens in that regard.

Anyway, more on the wackos …

Shanked-In served this up to me yesterday.

Rahul, I see that you’re a health coach and would love to add you to my network of professionals. If you’re open to that let’s connect, Rahul. Sincerely, Name Chopped by Rahul

He was some guy that claims to help coaches scale 12x by paid something or the other.

I accepted his invite, and didnt say much. Always the polite guy am I!

Pat came the response, without me asking for it. (I didnt even reply to him)

Appreciate the connection, Rahul! Feel free to ask me any marketing related questions you may have.

So – F******* FAKE!

I can smell these Bozos for a mile away.

He might as well just come out and say he wants my cash – for something I do myself – and he clearly hasn’t bothered to read my profile in that regard either.

Health coach my ass …

Then this –

Hi

I am  Luke. can I ask you something?.Our factory specializes in producing various types of high-quality adult toys. Before, traders came to us to purchase and then sell them to the world. There are also many e-commerce sellers who come to us for long-term purchases. , This year our factory decided to directly find foreign partners and skip traders. Our price must be very advantageous. I can send brochures or provide samples, or you can provide design drawings for me to talk about proofing.

If you or your friends need to buy adult toys for sale, we can discuss possible cooperation. Of course, I hope to make friends with you first.

This is a wackjob from China, and they’ve picked up on TWO things as of late.

One, like they claim “they’re always too busy” – except when you send them money.

I’ve never failed to MARVEL as to how the Chinese in general will never chat to anyone at length, even those they consider romantic connections etc unless there is MONEY exchanging hands.

“We’re busy!”

Yeah. Twiddling your hands on the dumbphone , playing around with inane videos, listening to inane audios, but you’re too busy to get back to my comment except with a meaningless teaser of a small one line comment, too busy to listen to stuff that matters, and yet, if there’s money on offer, you’ll be the exact opposite all day long.

FAKE.

But they’ve picked up on the fact that a lot of us don’t appreciate being treated that way, so the idiots add this in their first line these days.

“We know you’re busy, so let us be direct and come to the point”.

Or some derivative – let me paste it.

Dear,

I know you are very busy, please allow me to be straightforward.

This is Chynalee, our factory specializes in the production of 3c digital products. Such as wireless charger, three-in-one wireless charger with night light, Bluetooth speakers, TWS earplugs, etc.

The three-in-one wireless charger with night light is very popular abroad now, can I send you the specific information of the product?

Clearly Chyna copied her name for somewhere and hasn’t bothered to figure out that I don’t need three in one wireless chargers.

Maybe Bozo Schofield needs one with his electric toothbrush that he uses as a dildo, and on that note, the adult product guy “just wanting to be friends first”.

Groan.

China, at least be ORIGINAL.

But I realize.

Copy Central can never be original … LOL. Not even in copying.

And that ends this one.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Again, remember two things – that discount which WILL end very soon. And two, the Fat and Furious ……..sorry, Fast and Furious, hehe book (but it WILL get YOU from FAT to FURIOUS if you do what is told in there) (furiously fit) Collector’s edition will NOT be available forever either.

Only while stocks last, so JUMP on this NOW, my friend! With the 30% discount, it truly IS a bargain grab. (while I’m still doing the discount which won’t last for a lot more time).

PPS – I guess I have Bozo ass loving on public welfare in UK Glyn Schofield (whose running away from the monkey job a certain Ada has got WAITING for him – I mean, dude, really. Get a LIFE for God’s sake … but yeah, thats too much to ask, I get it) to thank her for the ludicrious adult product inquiries. I mean, really, dude (I’m talking to Luke here). Do you see ANYWHERE “adult products” fit in here! Jeez!

Why I ain’t interested in livestreaming like the China tom tommers love to.
- Ugh.

This morning I wrote about a person who apparently is enjoying her moment of fame “in the social media limelight” (as long as they dont de platform her) due to “X number of views etc”.

And of course, the nuts out there have gone ga g over the number of views etc (look, Mommy, over 1 million views!!) – and are Tom tomming her as a “marketing genius” and a success story (Which she might be, but her business I dare say is founded on very shaky foundations for reasons mentioned in emails prior to this).

I’ve no doubt she “live streams” as well. Call me biased or worse, or a “redneck from TX” which was the latest yesterday (and I’m fine with the moniker, hehe) – but given the name “Tang” is of Asian origin I wouldn’t be surprised if she does live stream.

In China, and the Far East at large, the dumbphone seems to be more important than breathing.

You’ll see young couples out dating staring at their phones, not eating their food, and not talking to each other for one.

It’s ridiculous – you could literally set off a bomb or something nearby, and they wouldn’t notice, so immersed are they in their madness!

But anyway, live streaming.

I’m sure you’ve heard of this, no?

Korean girls live streaming their assets and how much they can shove down their gullets and later puke to men that get off on that sort of stuff.

Busty bimbettes pandering to cucked men that can’t get none and pay these women for what they “show” for a brief few seconds, and they go back and rant up tomes about those men.

And of course, the China tom tommers and business experts living on their girlfriends masquerading as such have jumped on the bandwagon.

I just saw one of them proudly tom tom the “genius of WeShat” where the live stream can be connected to the ecommerce store you own on there (almost impossible for an expat to do on his lonesome – the PRC makes damned sure you always have a Chinese connection to whom the spoils will go down the line – read British expat Mark Kitto’s piece on “You’ll never beChinese” for a pretty good explanation of what goes on in this part of the world – and he ain’t by far the only one thats written about it) . . . and people can “click through and buy”.

Apparently thats “genius at work”.

Well, gee whiz.

Ecommerce stores have had that sort of funtionality indirectly for ages. The real genuis if I can call it that is WeShat allowing it to be done by folks with no tech experience, I suppose …

… but back to live streaming.

I hardly create any videos unless there is a need.

And live streaming – pandering to the masses to “prove” what I do works and “show them in real time” and other inane nonsense?

Pandering to customers that will “click through” not because they’ve researched you thoroughly before making a purchase – and buy “on the spur of the moment” (impulse buyers) or because “its the next big thing” or so forth.

And then move on instantly without in many cases even using the products.

Nah.

The world might be moving that way but a few of us Dinos will NOT succumb.

Yours truly is currently pimping his INITIAL book on fitness Fast and Furious Fitness – with a glossy cover that is NOT in print anywhere right now.

And it won’t be either.

I’ve got four copies of it left, and once it’s gone it’s GONE. Forever. (5 actually, but I’ll keep one myself).

So if you want to get your paws on it, NOW is the time, my friend, because I do not know how long these books will “last”. I mentioned it last month, and then forgot to mention it again after the first few times – and I had 8 last month, and NOW we’ve got 4, so … well, time’s a ticking is all I can say.

The 30% discount will be active on the “Collector’s Item” (which is the original).

The “regular paperback” is what is being offered on Amazon etc righ tnow and through this site … but the Collector’s Item is what many people want, but no, I will NOT print another round of those once these are gone.

And anyway, live streaming.

Closest I’ll get is videos taken on the dumbphone, like I have for the Rolls Royce of Fitness.

So if you want more in that regard for different products, let me know, and we’ll see what we can do!

Ah, the lunacy the world is moving to. On my already short contact list I received a message from someone asking me “how I was”, and then when I replied to him at length, he’s of course too busy to “reply” or if I send a text, it’s too long, if I send an audio “he doesnt have the time to listen”.

I give up, hehe.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – I dont know if its just me, but this live stream madness to me feels like “prostituting myself” in certain ways if you get my drift, and thats yet another reason I refuse to do that. To each his or her own, tho!

Why site views ain’t all they’re cracked up to be, and the huge, huge illusion of security you get from relying on ONE media (or source of income)
- Listen - UP!

I was just reading a post (piece) about Chloe Ting, supposedly the current reigning “workout queen” on YouTube.

Obviously judging by the cute picture she put on her website – and the “ripped look” she is promoting (and hey, dont get me wrong – I’ve NO idea how she trains etc – this isn’t a critique of HER so much as the Bozos that claim … ah, but we’ll get into it) a lot of those views are from Nutter Schofields signing up for “free” stuff.

A lady wrote a piece about why she is “so successful ” and has over 120K views on Joo Tube …

All apparently because Chloe does a lot of free stuff, and gives it away.

Now, there aint nothing with giving away in particular.

You on this list know that!

I’ve often said that you give first, and you receive AFTER that – and you often receive a lot more than you bargained for.

And while I don’t do it the way Chloe does (free workout programs apparently) – I give you about 10 x the value you thought you were signing up for when you joined the list via these emails – and then of course the products themselves – worth WAY more than the “Reassuringly expensive” prices they’re priced at (no, the prices wont go down, panic-demic or not).

Now, point of all this?

The lady doing the piece on her (it has the feel of a “quid pro quo” piece, though I could be wrong i.e the writer gets something for mentioning her, she gets the publicity and so forth – and again, if thats the case, no problem from my end!) keeps referring to the “number of views”.

And the free stuff she gives away, and claims she is a roaring success because of those things.

Ummmm….

I’ve made NO secret of the fact that “X number of views” dont mean jack shyt unless it translates into real solid PROPORTIONATE income.

I’ve also made no secret of the fact that Joo Tube and these other social “she-dia” platforms with freebie seekers galore ain’t all they’re cracked up to be.

There is a reason I dont use ’em!

There is a reason I dont do free videos on Joo Tube like everyone else is.

(Part of that is because I’m el caveman, admittedly, but the business reason is – it simply ain’t worth it).

…. which brings me to the crux.

ANY TIME I talk about “resounding success”, I’ll talk numbers.

Like X number of … SALES.

Or, X number of contracts coming in from …

Or, I made so and so TODAY – or per month – or whatever.

And none of that is mentioned in the piece I read.

The lady just claims that she makes money off Joo Tube, the views etc, they promote her more, etc etc.

All of which might be very true and probably is.

But here is the crux of what I’m saying.

Relying upon any one external source to promote yourself and make that your mainstay is a massive mistake, especially these social media platforms that de-platform so called celebs from their platforms DAILY.

Instagram. YouTube. Freak-Book. Hell, if Donald Trump can be deplatformed from Twitter – so can you!

A sitting U.S. President …

Admittedly Trump used Twitter a LOT – and it played a huge role in his success, but even HE has his own website now, if you’ve noticed!

And thats why I neither pay attention to so called guru metrics (“I got 124 K views!” ) or any of the other rubbish out there.

End of the day, if I put a picture of a gal out there with “sexy” abs and workout dresses, then, as my wife once told me “years ago” – you can put ANY girl out there in shorts, and people will still watch her for free, hehe.

Hey.

Can’t fault that logic, and can’t fault the men that do it!

But anyway, I hope this gave you some ‘value’, hehe.

And on that note – thats why I have so many fitness products out there – because it’s truly “no one size fits the bill”.

In fact, and ideally, most people do great not just by staying on one program (sure, you should do that but once you’ve done it a while) – but a COMBO of many different programs.

Pushups one day.

Sprints the next.

Maybe a quick home based squat workout the next …

And, so it goes.

So she goes, hehe.

I’ll be back!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Why a lot of advice out there is not just utter garbage, but not tailored to the current “age” (and then some that DOES WORK)
- It boggles the mind!

I see a lot of “advice” out there on the Internet – sometimes from people whove made millions of dollars (really made, as opposed to the “posers”) doing what they say they do.

And teaching others how to do it.

But sadly enough, a lot of this advice doesnt WORK in today’s day and age – especially the unprecendented “China plague” age we live in where everything has quite literally been turned topsy turvy.

Fitness wise, business wise, life wise …

Dont send more than X number of emails say all the experts, or you’ll “turn your list off”.

Have a regular sending schedule.

A regular “time” when your emails go out so people “expect” it then.

All of this may be good “tinned” advice, but it’s never done me a lick of good – and I suspect it hasn’t done a lot of folks a lick of good either.

Especially not in the panic-demic.

What you do is what works for you, which for me is the precise and polar opposite of what MOST so called experts recommend you do.

Both life wise and fitness wise – and business wise.

Run on the treadmill for half an hour a day, they all claim, even as celebrites and sportspeople doing just that are not just NOT getting into better shape by doing that, but worse – ending up in the hospital.

Plus, what if you can’t get to the damn gym at all for months?

You still pay the fees!

But you can’t GET there because of inane lockdowns, restrictions or what not ..

Once you do get there, I dont think you’ll be “broing” around these days with all the Nazi social distancing going on and what not . . .

Yet, NONE of the advice out there – or precious few people – give it to you straight about home based workouts, and how they work better than almost anything else out there – plaguedemic, or not …

I do.

I always have – recession or not – plague-demic or not – panic or not.

And I always WILL continue to, because it’s true.

Some things don’t change.

Then, we have the so called gurus preaching about business, where to advertise and such.

People find you on Google, they say. Advertise there.

Well, this advice isn’t necessarily true TODAY. And it wasn’t back in the day either.

Google is ONE way to do it, yes.

But it ain’t the only and best way by far, and never has been.

In a panic demic, unfortunately or not, people are driven by PANIC.

Closed minds filled with fear.

And therefore, the laws of business may sometimes change from giving people what they WANT – to what they NEED – and profiting from it – because sometimes, that want is a NEED too.

My books are written precisely in this manner – plague or no plague.

I give people what they want, yes. But I also give ’em what they need!

Napoleon Hill spoke about this in Think and Grow Rich i.e. giving people what they NEED.

That book was written in one of the greatest depressions the world has ever, ever seen – until – NOW.

And the advice in it is sage, and holds true until today. Precious few FOLLOW it though.

Some advice does stay constant throughout the ages! (unless it’s so called gurus raking it during the good times and using that advice during the bad as well to try and make more, knowing fully well it doesnt work).

More examples of good advice “for the ages”?

Well, my book Fast and Furious Fitness – the ORIGINAL – the actual “hardcopy” is one of them!

I still have 5 of them sitting around.

It was 8 when I first mentioned it a month or so ago.

Oddly enough, I never marketed it as much as I should have – beyond a few emails, I never spoke of these books.

But the advice in Fast and Furious Fitness, which later morphed into the Rolls Royce is SAGE, my friend.

And if you want the ORIGINAL in your hands – with the original cover that will not be printed any longer, well, nows the time to “get it on”.

Simply choose the right option on the sales page, and we’ll have it sent out to you – but hurry – it’s only until those last 5 last.

Or 4 -because I might keep one for myself!

Other than that, remember the 30% discount we have going on which lots of you have responded to – great job!

It won’t last forever either, so strike while the iron is HOT my friend.

And thats it for now.

Back soon.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
