What a retired teacher and long term volleyball coach has to say about Rahul Mookerjee’s motivational books!
- That was some great feedback Terrence - thank you!!

Yesterday, I sent you an email about what a coach had to say about Zero to Hero … that email is here – some great feedback in it!!

I knew this guy was the real deal and the right fit for narrating this book (I was looking for narrators too at the time) and the minute I heard him “speak” the words – I knew my gut was right as usual.

There’s narration, then there’s narration with FEELING which yours truly wants for all his products. Writing wise, my words have vibes, and I’d prefer that same vibe carry over to my “verbal” products – videos – etc etc.

Translations as well.

Therefore, I only work with people that are on board with our philosophies, believe in what we do to the core – and most importantly, DO what we say regularly!

I heard back from Terrence today again, and here’s more feedback from him –

Rahul- I would be interested in narrating any and all books that you’d like me too. Your topics are indeed close my heart as I am currently a retired teacher, but current long-time volleyball coach. My previous favorite read (until yours, of course ????), was a book was book entitled “Mind Gym” by Gary Mack. I bought copies for my players years ago, and even my own daughter (who still reads chapters once in a while as she’s currently playing volleyball in college). Your material reminds me of his book in all the WONDERFUL advice you give and real world experiences you cite. I will be using your material this upcoming season as well because it hits things from a similar point of view. I am so excited to be working with you long-term, and I look forward to continuing the read on this current manuscript. I look forward to hearing from you today, and I’ll be working on this read extensively. Terrence

And thats the best testimonial any writer could ask for – for “fellow” life coaches to get back saying they’re using the material in their actual live coaching sesions!

Learning in the trenches is truly what its all about – and Terrence gets it. The best lessons are those learned oneself by dint of hard knock (oddly enough, as I write this, Gumption Galore narration status stands at the Chapter “The school of hard knocks!”) – and the very best teachers are those that have best circumstances, hardships, and come out on top – and continue to.

Thats how to live life.

Thats how to get fit as well – or if you’re looking for the best shi fu, or instructor – those are some attributes to consider!

And that, my friend is another great, great testimonial – so many of them rocking in that I’m having a hard time updating the sales pages with ’em. Will do shortly! Hehe.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Pushup Central will be the next book available in audio book format as well. This based upon “popular feedback”. Stay Tuned! (literally, hehe)

Maintenance is always “easier” …
- I dont mean child support either, heh

It’s definitely easier when you’re a liberal judge up in NY, perhaps, awarding excess maintenance to a lazy nutter who doesnt deserve it …

I swear, some of the nonsense going on these days. It’s one thing to decide alimony, its quite another to have the man pay the bulk of it when the woman earns literally 5x more – sure, the man isn’t exactly a prime example of “doer”, but still – if the tables were turned – would the same apply to the woman?

I dont think so, more liberal idiocy emanating at the very top, of course …

Anyway.

I meant to write  about maintenance, but not the child support which admittedly a lot of dead beat Dads never pay ..

And this is yet another prime example to get in shape and stay there – as if you needed more, eh.

Bottom line, and I wanted to say this yesterday but I I totally forgot.

Its easier to STAY in shape once you GET in shape.

You dont necessarily need to hike hills for hours to maintain yourself, but I did have to do it to get in shape – one of the things I did.

Same thing for pull-ups, pushups etc.

Sometimes I do high rep workouts for all of these, other times, low rep.

ANd I improve with each workout – somehow, somewhere, which is key for YOU too reading this.

500 pushup workout will never be easy for me – or anyone regardless of whether you’re in good shape or superlative, or terrible.

If they are, you aint doing em right, and those that say they’re “easy” are idiots that dont do the thing period.

But, you can make those low rep workouts tough as heck too!

Slow it down.

Perfect form focus!

Workout in hotter weather (Admittedly that isnt’ required, but I do it anyway!).

Do tougher pushups – or tougher squats (tiger bend pushups, jump squats, fingertip pushups, Archer pushups -some of the tougher ones!).

And thats what I did today during the bulk of my workout.

Including pullups – I did some tough core workouts … and finished off with a smelter as well.

All mostly chronicled on youtube and instagram, and I’m so glad to see the list there growing by leaps and bounds.

And thats that. Oh, for the “apes aping” I wrote about, except they ape the superflous stuff like hair, sunglasses etc – another prime example of why you should be in shape -well, you feel awesome, period – you have that vibe going that only real fitness can give you – you’ll know what it is when you get there.

One sign is NOT having to tug your shirt up and down to disguise the belly, or lift the chin up for better camera angles and so forth, you just be natural and go. As the wife said about her “tarot cards” the other night, “I dont hide anything”.

Hehe.

Back soon!

PS- The 0 Excuses Fitness system is brutal, and gets results, period. And if you’re not on the train as yet, you’re missing out. Jump on NOW.

More on MOVING.
- Last night - heavy boxes!

Last night, while packing shit into heavy boxes over and over again – I had a couple of thoughts.

One, how people accumulate so much stuff – or junk – whichever way you look at it, is beyond me.

While moving – or while the “boxes” showed up ready to be taped etc, I Was asked if I needed any to move.

Me? I laughed. I have a massive old suitcase thats been going strong since 1997 – been there with me in ALL my travels, huge, bulky – you know – old school – and thats all I need!

OK, my clubs – chinning bar – heavy bag – all that needs to be moved, but other than that, yours truly remains forever nomadic …

I dont know, maybe someday I’ll settle down, buy a house etc, but I’ve never seen much point in being tied down to one place.

Lots of people do, and thats fine. To each his or her own.

Not to mention, “I always have a bag packed ready to haul ASS” – like my friend from the Marines does. When it’s time to bail, you BAIL – like a certain Baba Ramdev did in 2020 – literally “fleeing” from a set up where the cops nailed him for some nonsense (again a setup) (Google’s your friend, I still remember the hair flying. Hehe).

Anyway.

Packing. Percie was upper most in my mind as I packed what seemed like endless sets of glassware, crockery etc in newspaper, then boxed em, taped ’em up etc – then of course, the fun part, when I tried to lift them boxes – and the daughter joined in!

She’s big enough now to lift the heavy bag up, push boxes around etc – the wife was commenting about how its good she is “allowed to join in in family activities” unlike yours truly growing up …

And it is!

I remember moving when I was 5 years old, wanting to lift all the heavy stuff up and down stairs, I think Dad gave me his briefcase to lift. Hehe.

Forever the “macho man” as I’ve been called!

Anyway – back to lifting – and boxes.

Let me tell you one damn thing my friend – lifting – heavy ass boxes upward of 50 kgs off the floor with no easy way to grip them – and without  a dolly etc – builds some serious, serious strength and conditioning that most people, especially those sitting around on the machines in the Jim can only dream of.

It builds functional strength like few other activities do!

Much like the farmer’s walk in all it’s variants, shapes and forms, it does not follow a “push pull” pattern, or circular motion as with clubs, there are some basic rules to lifting – I follow rule numero uno most closely i.e. “use the legs” – but other than that, its you and the damn weight – unwieldy, hard to grip – and HEAVY.

You either get the fucker moved, or you dont, much like with lifting heavy stones!

It is true that the get it done or dont maxim holds true with bodyweight exercises too – the pull-up being one (hey, guess what. Pull-ups – from STUD to SUPER STUD within WEEKS! will soon be available in audio book format too!) – you either get the chin over the bar, or you dont.

But heavy lifting this way is DIFFERENT, it builds a different kind of strength, and its as real world and functional as it gets. I highly recommend you work some sort of moving into your yearly routine, even if you dont have to move!

Did I say yearly? I should have said WEEKLY.

Yes, move heavy shit up and down flights of stairs a couple of times a week, you’ll see what I mean – especially doing it for upwards of half an hour. You dont even necessarily need to go full tilt – just do it, and you’ll see what I mean.

Or, lug split A/c units up and down flights of stairs – remember dude in China I wrote about that did that?

Or, the tales I tell you in  0 Excuses Fitness about the little ladies with tremendous grip strength – from carrying heavy bottles of water up flights of stairs all day.

Or, the massueses pumping out fingertip pushups to buld that incredible grip strength a lot of these tiny girls have!

Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness most closely approximates this sort of training “working on the docks” as it were – teaches you how to build the levels of conditioning and strength required for you to be able to DO this sort of stuff (no, you cannot simply jump off the couch one fine day and decide “lets do it” – you will injure yourself if you do) – and shows you how train with tools and implements like NO other course out there does – period.

Much delayed the course is, for some reason that last section on kettlebells, but like everything around here, “it’ll happen when it does”.

And good things come to those who wait!

In the meantime, place the pre-order for the course NOW before the price shoots up, which as you’ve noticed it already has a couple of times (it isn’t just sales talk).

So, do the needful NOW …

And I’ll be back!!

Best

Why it’s not hocus pocus – but BELIEF – self BELIEF – and the six inch space between your ears that really counts in LIFE!
- Not beads, not chains, not amulets...

Not beads, not chains, not amulets…not reciting mantras 109 times, not wearing X color on X day, not not doing laundry on Thursday, not cracked mirrors, not Feng Shui, or Vastu, not religion, not nothing my friend – except BELIEF.

Ultimately it all boils down to belief.

As I told my daughter this evening, if you believe deeply enough the chair you’re sitting on is lucky and will bring you luck -then it will.

The Magic of Believing written by Claude Bristol is a much ignored, but great, superlative read – one that I can identify with, and have used all my life (the concepts in that book) without realizing just how valuable and productive they were, and continue to be.

All all time great book in my opinion, and I’m RIGHT in saying that.

As tough times fall upon people, the self help gurus are making a killing – oddly enough, people following them never ask for either the guru’s own results (apparently X number of followers is enough) or – more importantly – measure their OWN results.

End of the day, anyone can say “my beliefs work”.

The only way to measure if they’re actually impacting your life positively is past or present results, friend. That is the bottom line most folks dont like to hear …

Tarot cards, affirmations, all this crap (though affirmations done right aren’t crap – the way they’re taught for the most part ARE) – is all taking away from the main thing – the mind – of course, as I told the wife this evening, people are looking for a balm to soothe their self inflicted wounds in terms of the economy, and the con men are making merry.

She didnt quite believe the con man part.

Anyway – this dinner – or post dinner conversation – a rarity in itself was about the impending move I’ve been talking about – NOT my own, which I’ve kept as usual, close to my chest, but the one the family is doing.

Lots of packing, taping etc, and apparently the wife’s pissed the numbers in the new house number add up to 8 “because its unlucky”.

I noticed the numbers the other day, to me 8 is the luckiest number ever – there is a reason the Chinese also view it as a harbinger of luck – somehow it fits the wife says the exact opposite. Hehe.

Apparently the Vastu of the house is all wrong (or Feng Shui, depending upon which language you use), apparently the mirrors in the house need to be all covered up – or it brings bad luck (wtf? I wrote 0 Excuses Fitness for one staring at myself in a mirror!) (on a woman’s dressing table no less, haha – the things we do!) (on a wonky computer at that too – the trusty ole Toshiba, 8 years old then..) … and all this stuff.

I know better than to comment or argue, so “its completely your choice” was what I said to all her house advice.

Which it is, I could care less to be honest other than my own cave which will remain functional and utilitarian to a bare minimum until I get to my own moving goal.

Anyway – I couldn’t resist putting in the part about 8 not being unlucky, that led to a whole discussion about how “everything Indian is right” – and numerology, astrology “all very important” – and how Boddhidharma originally came from India (finally something I can agree with – a fact!) (so did Tai Chi etc) …

But I had to keep telling my daughter the two things I always slip into these conversations.

First, it ain’t about cracked mirrors or Feng Shui. Its about BELIEF!

Believe something is true or bad luck, and that same thought penetrates down to the subconscious which then manifests what you “believe to be true”.

Thats how World Wars started, for one .. thats how economies collapsed, and collapse!

Second, repetition of the same chant, the same affirmations, the same incantations lead to belief, and once that belief becomes a deep seated CONVICTION – things begin to happen.

This is how the human mind works, my friend, and its amazing how many people ignore the utter and complete lack of any tangible results in their OWN life in ANY sphere and then try and “tutor” others on it. Amazing, mind boggling!

It’s the six inch space between your ears that truly matters.

I wonder if these people ever process the fact that some of the most successful people on this planet didnt let their dismal astrological “stars” predict and cause failure for them to manifest – the opposite!

Yours truly, another prime case there!

Its not about a black cat crossing your path and it being an lucky day or seeing magpies or what not – or  it being lucky.

Me? Black cats cross my path all the damn time.

To me, first thought that crossed my mind – damn, Im lucky! I’m blessed.

And sure enough, something good comes of it later.

Its about thinking, pity most people refuse to get it.

Anyway – speaking of mind boggling – and minds … here is a great review for Zero to HERO! from a fellow life coach Terrence Miller!

“After reading Mr. Mookerjee’s book,
I was impressed as to how the different aspect of advice were applicable to all areas of my life.

I am a teacher and a coach, and particularly with coaching, I use multiple facets.

I have since used the “VISUALIZE YOUR FUTURE” with my players before practice and games in order for them to use the “six inch space between their ears” more efficiently. It’s amazing how people of ALL AGES can be helped with the advice from this book. Highly recommended!”

-Terrence Scott Miller

Thank you, Terrence! Indeed, that six inch space between the ears is really what counts at the end of the day – and what we choose to put into it!” (unfortunately way too many folks cram it up wth utter and unproductive junk – but thats how the cookie crumbles, I guess! Pity though in that regard…

And he’s spot on – Zero to HERO! can help people accomplish their goals in ANY endeavor – field – undertaking – and any age group – or gender.

The human MIND is what it’s all about

Conceive, believe – then ACHIEVE!

You wont find any of the feel good hocus pocus and airy fairy “sound fancy Tarot card crap” (wife claims more than 50% of the US believes in Tarot. I beg to differ…) in this book.

You’ll find actionable tips that doers throughout the ages have used – including  yours truly – you’ll find stuff on belief, and VISUALIZATION done RIGHT – but not a single damn affirmation, at least not the kind the self gurus spout (Which dont work!).

Look for a great review coming from him for Gumption Galore too.

And thats that, my friend – if you’re struggling, and many of you are – then these books will show you the LIGHT at the end of the seemingly long tunnel. Believe me, there is a way out – its just not what you’re being taught for the most part!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Apply for life (or fitness) coaching HERE if you’re so inclined.

Its all about … SELLING!
- And we sell everyday!

We sell ourselves daily – whether we realize it or not.

Going for a job interview, we sell our talents  to the employer, you’d think – but really speaking, we sell “ourselves” – subconsciously, especially for senior level positions, it often boils down to “personal traits” and whether the person in charge “likes you” (not saying talent does not matter – of course it does – skills do – but end of the day, it’s a person hiring a person, emotions count).

When you’re talking to someone, or discussing something, your selling your point of view – as when you’re debating, and your selling it in that you’re convincing the other person of YOUR viewpoint – and its validity etc.

Dating – your selling yourself to your partner!

No matter what human relationship you talk about – SALES is omni present.

And so I’ve always found it surprising horders of nuts globally give sales and salespeople a bad rap in general.

Sales is what brings home the bacon my friend – no sales = skinny kids – fact. Sales is what every CEO is concerned about first and foremost. Sales is the bottom line, anyone not wanting to get good at sales is seriously shortchanging themselves in terms of what they can achieve out of and from life in general.

Bearing all this in mind, here is what Janet Claire Parker – who has also narrated the audiobook for this project – has had to say about the book, “The 10 Commandments of Successful Sales“.

“This book holds a lot of information. This was all about using your best personality traits to promote what ever you wish you to sell. Whether what you sell a product or your self. Listen to this story and unlock your own power to influence your own progress. Anything you want is within your grasp so listen along with us and grow into your best self. 4 stars”

And she’s right!

She’s also done a great job on the narration – took all my feedback on board, and implemented it – right down to removing the “echo” from the voice when it was there, to studying the material beforehand to get a better grasp of it before talking about it (so it isn’t just pure narration – you’ll hear her voice – its different!)… thanks Janet!

And she’s right, you can sell literally anything using the tips and tricks in this book, and there’s way more than 10 if you  look between the lines, more like 20 …

Focus on your strengths, and strengthen your weaknesses while you’re at it, but use your strengths to sell – and better yourself, and that, my friend, should be all the incentive you need to buy this book NOW.

Those interested in the audio book, a link will be made available on the sales page when it’s available – or a seperate audio book page.

And thats that!

Why I can never “forget and forgive” the Bozo.
- The one and only.

Short one this, my friends – much like the Bozo’s wanker.

You’ll notice I talk bout trolls quite a bit, and profit from them a lot.

And so I should, so should everyone with half a brain.

But you’ll also notice one thing – beyond a point, I dont really bother about them as much as these nuts obsess over me.

First thing you know, there’s now just so many of them it’s impossible to keep up with all their trolling. I’d have to hire an assistant just for that …

And second thing you know, they dont matter in the grand scheme of things – above and beyond.

Those that have placed a pre-order for Profit Troll and got a sneak preview of the book know too – and have been curious about “why I dont attack them more”  in the book.

Attack?

I could care less. Hehe. I welcome their trolling, it makes me money, I wouldn’t even (honest!) think of asking them to stop it – much less attack ’em and kill that golden goose. Hehe.

Plus, very few, none, actually have taken it off the field.

Look, its one thing to say I’m a fool, an idiot, all those names I’ve been called (2000 plus) – its fine.

I’m a big boy, hey. I can handle it.

It’s one thing to diss my products, its one things to piss and moan, gripe, etc – but.

Key thing is this – red lines.

What goes on the field, stays on the field. Attack me in the ring – man to man – thats fine, but when you take that attack to a 5 year old innocent little girl like Schofield did that is unacceptable.

He’ll be “hanging from that tree” someday figuratively, that I do promise y’all (a couple of customers have promised that too).

Look, you dont attack non combatants, period. Bottom line (unless they’re attacking YOU in which they’re combatants).

And there’s two things for which I draw the line at, and there SHOULD be the death penalty applied here- paedophilia – and rape.

Both of which Schofield is guilty of, and I can never look past that horrid stuff.

Ugh.

I’m sure you reading this would agree!

Incest, scammers, all of that is abhorrent, but the above two categories – I can never forgive and forget.

Racism is something  I hate too, and not one of the other trolls on here has been guilty of it – except the Bozo. I cannot stand people like that, though truth be told, its the paedophilia with Glyn that was the red line being crossed, once you cross that, this redneck is GUNNING for you, and that will never change my friend.

And thats why.

Anyway – thats that for now. Had to get this off my chest, and so I have. Back soon!

Audible – FULL STEAM AHEAD!!
- Boy oh boy, its been busy around here.

Boy, the last few days or weeks have been so busy they’ve flown past – by – so much so that I have not even addressed some of the idiocy I got from Glyn recently. Hehe.

I will once I get a minute, but for now …

We are TRULY moving full steam ahead on Audible – and here are a few of the books that will be available shortly on Audible –

10 Commandments of Successful Sales

Zero to …HERO!

Dish Delicious

Gumption Galore!

For now, we’re NOT selling audio books through our site (all through Audible and our other partners ie Itunes etc) – but if you’re interested in doing an audio for us – shoot us an email, we’ll see where we go from there!

And, as a few people have already asked – if you want to be PUBLISHED by us – then do the same.

Boy oh boy, for a guy that steafastly refused to do any of this – how things have changed over the past couple of months, and specifically the last two or three weeks. Truly, when you set your mind on a target, a goal, the WORLD moves apart – the SEAS part – in order for you to achieve that goal – on auto pilot!

I aint going to tell you the goal as yet, in accordance with my “Tell the world what you’re going to do but SHOW IT FIRST!” philosophy. However, the Audible part is well underway, so this is the right time to tell you.

YES, for those of you wondering – the LANGUAGE versions of the books other than English will all be available via audio too ultimately.

Boy, I may have to hire two people just to keep up with all this. Interested?? Hehe.

Now as far as audio goes, I’ve had some very interesting responses!

I naturally chose “General American” for most of my audio (in terms of accent) as that is the most globally and easily understood accent – as opposed to UK, Australian etc – or even Indian – but the fact is this, and its something I’ve told Bozos – especially in China – over and over again.

It ain’t about accent.

It about COMMAND of the language, your ability, your pronunciation, how easy it is for others to understand you!

A long time ago, I remember standing next to a guy in college – brushing our teeth together in the dorm bathrooms – and he (black guy who was the R.A. for our dorm floor) could barely UNDERSTAND what I was saying – the white guys understood me just fine though. Hehe.

And they’d ALL ask me “where I was from”.

At that point, I knew I had to do something which my Uncle later told me – and others too “we couldn’t do it after 20 years of living in the US”.

I had to adapt. Change my accent.

And I did that in the trenches on the fly.

I even picked up a Southern drawl back in the day – when I got my first Job, Uncle J was like “oh yeah, that southern accent is THERE!” – hehe.

I dont whip it out too often now .. no pun! LOL. But it’s there… along with a medley of other accents I can put on, should I choose to.

But I dont. For here, we’ll stick to fitness…

And back to the lady “doing” Dish Delicious for me – the PASSION in her voice for both that book and another one SHINES out – which is what I WANT.

I dont want bland narrations based upon accent alone, I want DEEP PASSION!

And so long as the English ablility is there which it is for this lady, words are clearly enunciated and so forth, thats what counts.

I did not know she was from India until I googled her name, then she said she was, had been living in the US for 12 years, “tried to put on an American accent” – but … etc etc.

I told her to be normal – I told her PASSION is what counts, language ability – NOT accent – we all have an accent of sorts! Normal – natural – plus PASSION is the winning ticket – in all cases!

Like Bruce told me years ago when I was picking up the Southern accent ..

“Your English is better than mine!”

But I’ve got an accent, my 19 year old self protested

“Yeah But it’s a very easily understood – very fluent, easy to understand accent, you dont even notice its there!”

Now of course – different. But learning in the trenches life wise, fitness wise – thats how you do it!

Anyway …

Lesson in all this for you aint a language lesson.

Its something I always knew, but was not DOING.

That being something Jeff Bezos has often spoke about …

“IN business, its dangerous not to EVOLVE”.

And, another sage comment of his …

“We always have to be looking into the future, what was once a tailwind becomes a headwind, you have to adapt, and complaining isn’t a strategy”.

Admittedly, I’ve always looked into the future  – my digital products, the way  I deliver products – very few people in the fitness industry, if any at all – do it this way.

I foresaw the need for “digital” – long before many others, even bestselling authors in their fields – saw it.

But on other things, I’m a stubborn dino!

Video for one, there’s no telling where our rapidly growing youtube channel would be at if I had started videos back in 2018 instead of telling myself “let the world adapt, we’ll market to the Dinos”.

Sometimes, you have to change.

Lets face it, as Vince Palko said in 2020 “The Godfather of Internet Marketing”, hehe – I love ole Vince! – “watching videos, we all do it! Its mindless, its dumb, but we all do it!”

I dont – but PEOPLE do it.

And therefore…

And so it is with audio books etc – but they all still have the dino mentality in them, which will never change!

And that is the lesson for YOU guys – certainly something that will be there in Zero to Hero – Volume Two – whenever that comes out!

And thats it for now. Back soon!

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – More great reviews on all the above products coming out very soon – stay tuned! I have them, just gotta email them to you, put it on here, etc etc! BUSY!

“Tarzan, tarzan” went the ruffians. Hey. Thats not an entirely bad thing to be, huh
- A different set of loons.

Another day, another set of ruffians at the local park.

And while I finished 140 pushups – partly with back to the sun, and partly the other way – I sure am glad summer is here – but I sure WILL have to change my workout timings to earlier provided I still do what it is I’m doing for fitness and not my hill climbs etc.

Working out in blazing heat and humidity, I aint no stranger to that, but it dehydrates you, and it isn’t ideal in terms of achieving your best results EVERY time you train. Yes, I did it for long periods when climbing the hill ,YES, I did plenty of it – but that was a different goal there, getting to fit status from being a lard ass.

Different goals now, different way to get there!

Anyway – as I moved towards the pull-up area, I wondered if I should do it at all. Ruffians were everywhere, and of course, sitting on the swings is what these idiots like best other than teasing women (think the louts in the bus in The Specialist – which Sly encounters them after they act the fool to an old lady) …

… One of the fat buffoons, with belly hanging over pants, shirt hitched up without him meaning to do it (belly) – he was exactly the sort.

And he was the dude who chanted Tarzan, Tarzan in a feeble attempt (unsuccessfully) to) to distract me.

And to get a reaction. Again, nothing doing.

Stoically, perfect form, the monkey bar work continued, and most of the guys just gaped in astonishment (they were all clustered around me were the ruffians).

Nothing shuts people up as quickly as monkey bar work done for long periods of time in perfect form does, nothing makes you look more like Tarzan without the Jane hanging on in ALL regards, trust me on this one. Serious business here!

Anyway, they ruffianed off shortly thereafter.

And just to let you know – why didnt I get that pissed off?

Well, as I said in part two of “Magnetizing money to yourself” (or any result you so choose) which should be viewed in CONJUNCTION WITH THE BOOK “10 Commandments of Successful Sales“, NOT Without, as EXAMPLES of what to do are in it – along with Zero to Hero! – and Gumption galore – its about VIBES.

His vibes were the following, juvenile, immature, idiot, phat phock, do nothing, but he wasn’t necessarily being an ass outright.

Plus, the way he said Tarzan conjured up an image of STRENGTH and virility in his mind.

So, it was like the “Da xing xing” comments I get in China …

(big monkey i.e. Gorilla)

No, moving around like a Gorilla on the ground – although thats super – will NOT get you the same results, so its not there in Gorilla Grip (but its there in Animal Kingdom Workouts, I believe) (and the TIGER crawl and tiger stalk are even more beneficial).

A tiger could take a gorilla any day it chose. Hehe. ’nuff said.

But anyway – there’s more than ONE way to be Tarzan.

Another way is to hang by one arm for ages – on parallel bars, with Jane in the other – or not. Hehe.

That isn’t as far fetched as you would think. See what Sig Klein’s story in that regard was (Gorilla Grip (ADVANCED!!)) – he literally climbed down a drainpipe from the secon storey of a house on fire with lady in the other hand.

Think “cliffhanger” like grip strength …

And its a great workout, and different from doing it on regular thick bars. Watch the video for more, but rememeber, its also a great way to get better at one arm hammer grip pull-ups, which are great to do along with one arm pull-ups of every nature.

Thats it for now.

Train hard, and remember – what is mentioned in Pull-ups from STUD to SUPER STUD WITHIN WEEKS! is what pull-up studs like Herschel Walker, David Goggins etc have used to get to where they were pull-up wise (where they are I shoud say).

If you truly want to catapult yourself to dizzying “heights” no pun intended, at the mighty pull-up – then this is the course you will want to pick up without further ado and delay – again, NOW.

Do it!

And, I’ll be back . . .

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Magic words that bring you sales?
- Or RICHES...!

It’s interesting, with all the mind stuff my wife is recently getting into – starting with affirmations of “I’m rich” (which don’t work, period, they have the opposite impact) to tarot cards – to writing things down – to … well, I dont even know, the method switches from day to day apparently! …

Thats one key thing – at least if you do or believe in something (so called believe), STICK TO that something for a period of time, even if you aren’t seeing results instantly – or at all – or even for a long period of time.

If you have true belief in something, you’ll always find a way to stick with that thing, keep it going, ultimately you’ll get results.

Most people dont get this, switching from one “guru” technique to the other in the hopes of manifesting it “nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww” with good “vibessssssssss” when the vibe they’re emanating is the opposite.

Latest I heard was someone asking her about client proposals, and she told them she’d “look” at the proposal and get back to them (now, she has no experiene in this, she’s looking at it from a language/words perspective – and vibes).

Dont get me wrong, magic words that bring you RICHES?

The great Ted Nicholas wrote a book about it in the 1980s.

“Magic words that bring you RICHES”

(I dont believe I ever used a lot of those words, or maybe I did. I dont know. Google the book if you so choose, no, I get nary a dime for suggesting this to you, much like I always suggest the Laws of Compensation by Emerson as a great, great must have read to EVERYONE)

And a lot of it is true.  (in the first book – the Laws of Compensation – EVERY word is so true that it redefines the meaning of true if you get my drift).

But all the magic words in the world wont bring you riches if …

a) the recipient’s mind is negatively conditioned to think of nothing but “prices”, bills, inflation etc. Sad, but thats what most people think – even when the specter of inflation is NOT hovering upon us – and in this case, no amount of magic words will convince anyone to buy anything.

The old philosophy of people buy what they want – period – holds true in ANY economy.

You gotta find a way to make folks WANT it – the money will come automatically , and so fast you’ll wonder “where it came from”.

Like my friend Rueben said about me  back in college when we were discussing girls, and I was more interested in the beer. Hehe.

“When she sees it, she’s going to want it!”

He was right. Hehe.

Second though is VIBES – real vibes.

Think about it, all the sales I made – with no planning, while “tipsy” in many cases – all that money I brought in from 20 minutes of focused work in the morning, some emails in the office, and a few late night calls – so  much so that the other folks got jealous and started to want me to “do more” because “I could” (without paying me for the “more” which led to the ultimate downfall of what was working so perfectly on auto pilot that only a complete fool would mess with it)  . . .

I didnt paint rosy pictures of what could be done IT wise.

In fact, most of the time all I promised the client was what they wanted – I didnt even upsell anything like I do now.

Yet, they kept coming back – as they do now – wanting MORE.

Whats the secret?

It’s the Law of Attraction, except not the version of it thats taught everywhere …

It’s the REAL law of attraction combined with the subconscious mind – FEELINGS trump all, no amount of magic words will change that – now combine the two done right, you’ve got a double winner!

NO amount of artificial intelligence will ever replace the human mind, as I wrote about in another email – for precisely this reason – FEELING trumps all, and brings results, or lack thereof.

And the state of flow I was in at that time, my, it all worked so perfectly.

Until, and Jason Bourne would agree? “.. then it fell apart, as it always does” – except it dont have to in this case!

Third, and this is a secret not mentioned explicitly in “10 Commandments of Successful Sales“, but look between the lines – you’ll find it in every word if you can percieve it.

This concept of “sales and selling being a bad thing” – that is ingrained into most people’s minds (telecallers, anyone? Hehe) …

Even into those minds – minds owned by people that ARE making money – or amazingly enough – SELLING SOMETHING!

It’s only people that dont have money that whine about high prices – or other people making money when they aren’t.

And they aren’t a lot of times because of many things, but one prime factor – and I’ve seen this in my own family all the time, this constant whining of times being tough when they aren’t which penetrates into the subconscious mind and brings exactly those results.

Only those that need money complain about it, as Major General Michael once told me.

Yes, like with my fitness – I’ve been on both ends, all ends of the money spectrum too, and amazingly enough, I was making good money at my job back then!!

Those that want to complain will find a way, excuse, reason to do so no matter what, and their self sabotage shows in their results.

I realize a lot of this comes across as tough talk, but all of it’s “cent percent” as the Brits would say, hehe – TRUE.

Selling is GOOD. Selling gets products YOU need – and want – into YOUR HANDS.

Selling may be annoying sometimes, but it brings home the BACON. If you aren’t selling hard enough in any aspect of your life you’ll have skinny kids, period. (nah, I aint referrng to those that need to lose weight here. Hehe).

Selling is done repetitively. So it should be, we ALL sell ourselves to others daily whether we’re aware of it or not.

Yet, people buy into the “oh, those salesmen, the idiots! It’s OPERATIONS that really counts” mentality!

Dont get me wrong. Operations is damn important, but as I mention in the book, first off, if you’re the CEO of a company – the bottom line matters, which comes through sales, second, often times, as in that company – operations goofs TERRIBLY – and sales is all that keeps things afloat – like it did with me there (we were a startup, operations had the resources, but not the know how…)

(and lots of people dont realize they have this mentality – it shows though in every aspect of their dealing, penny pinching thoughts and actions, etc).

Anyway …

My books will give you fitness results above and beyond what you ever imagined possible, but nothing comes “for free” my friend.

If you want something, you have to invest in it – believe in it – and most importantly, DO the thing.

And if you’re not happy with your current fitness levels, no matter how – then our products will be a great start.

I always recommend everyone to pick up the 0 Excuses Fitness System FIRST, but given the topic of this email, perhaps “10 Commandments of Successful Sales” might be a better bet!

Choose – invest – wisely – and then DO.

And that, my friend, combined with true and REAL belief is all you need.

If you believe, you can.

It’s that simple!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – I didnt even consciously “believe I could” in that company. Prior to that, the only I.T. sale I made was a $7000 project, and I got that without any real training, “thrown in the water” as it were.

Funnily enough, winners find  a way to rise to the top in those situations while the losers sink …

Money is energy, period. Nothing more , nothing less. It’s a MEANS to an end, NOT the end itself. It does NOT come first. Emblazon that into your mind today – its the best lesson I can impart to you in this one.

Day in, day out…
- Doing the THING. Getting the RESULTS!!!!!!

Back when I worked THAT job where I worked all the magic I did – that was truly a magic time, which spawed a book about the lessons I learned during it years later  – a book I have not marketed much as well, but a book, that like all my other books is well worth its price – and weight – in GOLD.

10 Commandments of Successful Sales, or 20 actually as the case might be, a golden gem each one of them.

Early on in that job, the “HR” head (who used to sit and drink with me, hehe) used toe tell me about what the boss said about me.

Good, bad, ugly, it was all brought during the drinking sessions, so it should be, brought up, out of the way, and it worked wonderfully well until the sixth month or so when the boss made the one cardinal mistake a lot of bosses do – that being to expect more and more and give out less and less. I explain that at the end of the book too, it’s one prime reason why employers lose some of their best, most talented and productive employees.

But one comment he made stands out.

“I’m very impressed with Rahul! I see an email from him late at night at 1 in the morning, then early in the morning when I wake up … he’s brought in results in two weeks, it normally takes people at least a month to acclimatize …”

(this employer, like many others, a year or so later – like he told my wife, who I was trying to get hired there during my second stint “we throw them in in the deep end”) ..

Those were the days. (well, they still are!) – Lots of beer, lots of client calls, tons of sales made – WHILE in a state you wouldn’t consider “sober” – and business was booming. Hehe. 2008, before the crash I believe, before my marriage, long story.

I still remember a couple of days post joining the company – I had just turned down a lucrative offer from a much larger company. I do things based upon feeling, and this small startup was – and felt – best for me!

It was my birthday, and there was a family dinner scheduled (this was back in the day when family was still sort of family) – and so I left – 15 minutes ahead of time – early.

1.5 hour ride each way, we did the dinner, then I got back to it – late at night, around 1245, I did my client call (which it was afternoon in the U.S. obviously).

And the next morning, the money came in, and that was the first sale for the startup. Plenty more to come said the boss, sure enough, the money flowed thereafter!

Anyway – why do I bring this up NOW.

The comment idiot made yesterday in a censorious tone. (I’ve been doing my best to pronounce censorious with “sh”. Isn’t it interesting how some words in the English language come from French originally – and yours truly cannot refrain from “old school pronunciation” or to correct Marc the African silverback Gorilla when he pronounces balcony as “baaal-cony”. Hehe. ) . . . “you’re always exercising, Rahul!”

Like what my mother says.

True negativity.

Someone’s doing something, you whine about them doing something and getting results, if they dont get results, you whine about them being useless, losers, and “look at all the others, they’re doing so well!”.

Some people just exist to tear down – not motivate and uplift – not my kind of people for sure!

Anyway.

It’s doing the thing day in and day out that counts, that brings ultimate results and too many people ignore this.

It’s easy to lose track of goals after the initial ra ra’ing and so forth.

It’s easy to get frustrated, despondent, and give up when results are not on the horizon, and fitness wise, especially if you’re starting out from “couch potato” or “tub of blubber” status which many are – combined with the fact these people are usually inherently LAZY (dont feel bad – as Jeff Bezos said, that is a human trait – along with the tendency for the mind to seek out 1000 reasons for NOT doing the thing as opposed to the one reason FOR doing the thing – this is another one of those traits the human race “evolved” to make things easier on themselves).

This combination will mean plenty of tough times when you first begin on that fitness journey, my friend.

In fact, even if you aren’t lazy, this applies big time.

When the going gets tough, most people either stop doing the thing – or give up entirely – or switch paths to “something that feels easier and better”.

On rare occasions, this might be (the last) a way to “temporarily” work around things.

Most of the time, it’s a cop out, and you’re headed straight for failure if you do that.

Bottom line is this – fancy crap aside, there is no substitute for DOING THE THING – day in, day out, come rain, hail or shine.

And this is one of the central tenets of the “10 Commandments of Physical Training” (and life, really) – laid out in Fast and Furious Fitness, 0 Excuses Fitness, and while not explicitly mentioned in my other books- it’s there in each and every one of them.

Whether you choose to implement and take the winner’s way out is of course up to you. I can but advise, I cannot “drag” you to the water, neither would I want to.

That horse must WANT to drink, forcing it never works.

Other great news – Animal Kingdom Workouts will soon be available in Spanish too – already out in Portugese, I believe.   (Advanced, PROFOUND Isometric and Flexibility Training – next one on the list I think). (We’ll see)

Great job, Marco – and “Gerson” … both of y’all! I’ll have to update the pages on that one …

And thats that for now. Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Living in the flow doesn’t mean “do the thing if you want to”. It means do the thing day in and day out in the flow. Set a goal, let it sink into the subconscious, then follow the orders the subconscious mind imparts. It’s that simple. Of course, thats why the self help gurus make it way more complex than it’s supposed to be . . .

Read Zero to ..HERO! for more on this. (and Gumption Galore! for a lot of real life lessons on weathering and bettering – ultimately – tough times). I’ll have more on this subject later, but its always brought up during my coaching session, so if you’re interested, apply NOW.

An old Hindi song I listened to in the school bus on ice cold wintry days (we used to wear shorts back then, British style – does this date me?? Hehe) translates as such

“I’ll keep going, I’ll keep going, never got any support, but I’ll keep going” …

“I’ll keep going because the HEART wants me to … ”

And thats the spirit, pal. thats the spirit!!
