If I could encapsulate my fitness routines into something, that would be it!

They teach you to do just that, so much so that I might add a sub tag line to the business sometime soon.

The words of John Walker, a great customer in the U.K ring out in my mind as I write this.

“For anyone that wants to learn how to (or I believe he said, those that understand that) move their body as one co-ordinated unit, not just random parts”.

Hell.

Let me paste what HE said – he said it better than I could!

Here.

THE MISSING LINK!

Rahul

Of all the excellent training information that you’ve written about in your superb training books I truly believe that the information in this latest book is the missing link that ties all the other books together.

It is no exaggeration that this book is a must read for anyone who wishes for their body to function as an integrated unit and not just a collection of uncoordinated body parts.

People, in this book you will find the secret to how calisthenics athletes perform such impossible looking feats of strength. Brilliant work Rahul.

Warmest Regards

John Walker

And he’s spot on!

And though all my courses teach you how to do just this – the book on isometrics covers so much more than just that.

I’m getting just started. Or was the other way around, hehe.

Too many Lumberjack swings, hehe.

But the book on isometrics is SPECIAL, friend, and you owe it to yourself to pick it up NOW if you have not already.

You can dismiss it as just sales talk if you want, but you’d be an idiot to do so (if you do that).

Anyway . . .

Lumberjack, eh.

THAT course is one that really, in ways I’ve never taught before teaches you to use your WHOLE body – right down to your calves and shins as a WHOLE, not “parts”.

Especially your core.

You might look at the huge arms swinging that mace, and think its all strength.

It ain’t either.

It’s about strength, flexibility, but not just the arms.

The grip, core, and yes – LEGS – you’ll be surprised when you feel some of this in your thighs and calves.

Trust me (no, it ain’t about the weights either. Most of the weights are pithy, yet will tax you MORE than 10 x that at the gym).

I know, I know.

You dont believe me.

But get the book – or place the pre-order, and get the book when it comes out soon, and you’ll know – and experience the FACTUALISM of what I tell you HERE.

On another note, I remember being told “control the weight!” recently by a certain person I was “training” – and she didnt want to train.

(YES, girls/women can do this too!)

I was doing an ultra tough movement with it (not covered in the book), and the damn thing almost flew out of my hand (before this “lady” came in, it smacked me one on the head too. Hehe. Not something I’d recommend for you, so it ain’t gonna be in the book. I’m thick skulled tho Hey. I’ll LIVE! Hehe).

IF anything, it just made me more determined to get the form down pat, and I did.

And the lady, well, she wasn’t – but she was “acting” like a Tom Tom in that she could barely do 10 % of what I assigned her, and was complaining about a storm and passing comments anyway.

No, Jassy, wasn’t you …

(you do look fine tho, hehe).

(as always).

But his course teaches you that too – CONTROL.

Trust me, when you’re swinging implements around like I’ll teach you – you’ll quickly learn control is not just paramount, but KEY Too.

the KEY ingredient, as it were.

And you’ll learn how to use your muscles and tendons in CONJUNCTION TO CONTROL – something I’ve never taught before, yet, youll learn in that course.

It truly will be special, friend.

And so , you owe it to yourself if you’re serious about fitness  to place that pre-order NOW.

And if you’re not, kindly click AWAY. I don’t want you (the Tom tom category) anywhere near brilliance of the nature I’m going to be illuminating the fitness world with very shortly.

MElodramatic, but every damn bit true!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – I wrote about no Tai Po’s in the last email, bang on target, some idiot wrote back with “but there was one in the furst line”.

I kid you not.

On both fronts, if some of you get my drift.

Talk about a Tom Tom and Goose and gander …

And those that don’t DO …

I mean really, the things people FOCUS on to avoid what they SHOULD be focusing upon!
