Recently in a kitchen (one of those old school pots and pans clanging ones, no fancy shmancy equipment either) I went to, I saw the following.

A massive utensil … a deep dishes “frying pan” of sorts.

For the life of me I cannot think of the right word!

But it’s a huge semi-circular utensil to fry things – and on top of that, the 5 star chef ( really, she is) – put an “old school plate” on it.

One of those heavy ass thick metal plates.

When I looked at it – I gaped.

Seemed even bigger than it was …

And then I got it.

It was placed so artully that it might as well have been part of the original “vessel”.

like the perfect add -on.

And that, my friend, is how YOU get the “huge” look without artificial rubbish or booby pumping, six pack building, or chest thumping and moronic machines etc.

Remember, it comes from the inside out.

I’d speak about deep breathing here, but this is more about the external.

And without further ado – lets get to it

Most of y’all have two goals.

“Get big”

“Get Ripped”.

Nothing necessarily wrong with losing weight or getting big the right way.

Sorry, I dont advocate getting ripped, and never will.

One of the most unhealthy practices ever.

I DO advocate doing so naturally though . . . and the look is ENTIRELY different.

A natural six pack, such as what martial artists etc have doesn’t “pop” out unnaturally.

Its there beneath the skin.

You see the muscles because there is no fat.

Taut, strong, and tensile and can take blows galore!

Just like you see a jaguar’s muscles RIPPLING under the skin.

Other hand, you look at a fat panda, and all that “bloat”.

Which do you think would win in a cage match?

Case and point, but to look bigger – guys – and even you girls, though women in general are usually far more sensible about this sorta thing.

Do what Sly Stallone does!

Literally, Stallone is a guy whose got smaller hands than even me (and mine are TINY).

(Speaketh Volumes about good things and strong grips coming in tiny packages!)

An ex once made the comment of “my hand is bigger than his”.

Apparently someone somewhere did a bust of Sly’s hand somewhere in NY and she saw it.

But really, dude looks massive in the movies doesnt he?

And key being?

Three, but the first two are important.

Work the forearms.

Work the TRAPS!

(and along with that the legs, but if we’re talking upper body, forearms and TRAPS).

Those two areas are the most neglected my friend.

“Pah! You make it out to be more important than breathing!”

(so said someone w.r.t my emails on grip).

Maybe I do bro.

But there’s a damn good reason behind it.

And traps, of course.

True strength is if you can “back it up”.

And forearms and traps, my friend, are parts you cannot hide in clothes.

And if you work ’em right, then they will make you look not just big -not just huge, but several “sizes” larger than you already are.

Ahem … NO, lets not go there.

And lets leave Bozo out of this one, hehe.

But really – – thats the key my friend.

And to cap all this off, remember, PULLING your bodyweight through SPACE is how you build this sort of strength, size and POWER.

And now, time for some self pulling, self congratulation … and well, a real review from a great trainee and customer (from the United Kingdom) …

Brilliant Book On The Most Important Upper-Body Exercise.

Quite simply, if you cannot pull your own bodyweight from a dead-hang till your chin passes over the bar you are not “strong” and no amount of lat pulldowns will correct this weakness.

Buy this book and learn how to do the most important upper-body exercise correctly and you’ll never look back.

Brilliant book, thank you.

Ape like pulling power.

And that, my brother, says it all.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
