When those that should don’t

Dear reader,

Well, first things first – and I must say the sale was a ROARING success ; and if you haven’t yet gotten over to the “discounted” 0 Excuses Fitness System – well – then do so NOW, my friend.

This offer will NOT last beyond the 28th, and I’m considering pulling the plug on it even sooner (read within the next few hours) so hurry on over NOW – and for more details on this, read https://0excusesfitness.com/2017/12/26/roast-the-blubber-sale/ and then read https://0excusesfitness.com/2017/12/26/oh-and-by-the-way/.

And now, for today’s “dispatch”.

Was chatting with a friend of mine today, and he’s down in the dumps – curiously enough – or maybe NOT so – a case of the “Christmas gloom” instead of cheer as it should rightfully be.

And his situation isn’t all that uncommon, my friend.

Christmas is supposed to be a time of celebration, and being THANKFUL – and above all, grateful for things we HAVE in our life in my opinion, but often times this festive season invokes the exact opposite in many people?

Does this sound familiar?

Well, if it does, read on – because what I’ve got to say might just help you, my friend.

As it did my own friend.

He’s been down in the dumps as of late. Business not doing well. Things not “moving along in life” as they should be. And so forth.

Money problems. Relationship issues. Family. And so forth

And though he’s starting (or started) a new venture – curiously enough, or again not so, he’s finding out that it seems the entire world is AGAINST him instead of for him.

Especially his family, which “should” be “for” him.

And this has put him into a negative state of mind – big time.

Again, does this sound familiar?

I’ll bet it does – can you recall the time you were all gung ho about starting a NEW – and perhaps untested yet EXCITING and FULL OF POTENTIAL endavaor, and told someone about it ; either friends or family?

Those that theoretically should be close to you and support you in doing what is dear to your heart, and what you feel is right.

And those, that end up doing the exact opposite, either willingly or unwillingly.

And that brings me to today’s tip – well, one of them, at any rate.

Believe me now and trust me later on this one.

When you’re starting something new, and something that has the potential to get YOU what you want out of life – the worst thing you can do it share your goal with others.

And the VERY WORST thing to do, in most cases is to share it with friends and family; especially close friends and family.

And this holds true for those with WELL MEANING friends and family as well.

Sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

Well, it’s not really. As Napoleon Hill once famously said “Tell the world what you’re going to do – but SHOW THEM first!”.

And it’s sound advice, and it’s what I’ll tell you to do as well.

Why keep things to yourself?

Well, because like it or not, my friend, those that don’t have the gumption and vision to dream big for themselves will unwittingly and unknowingly cause you to fail by planting the seeds of negativity in your mind.

Again, whether they “consciously” want to do this or not is another story. It’ll happen, my friend.

And there is NOTHING abnormal about it. It’s normal, especially for those you consider very close to you.

There’s a reason why it’s only a tiny minority that “seemingly” accomplishes whatever goals they set, my friend, and what I told you above plays into this one reason as well.

Now, the good news?

Well, the good news is you don’t have to be in that “majority”.

Skip the negative. Block all negative thoughts out of your mind, my friend – keep your goals to yourself as well.

Then, get some good vibes going, and GET TO WORK on your goal!

Along the way, be sure and implement the 25 GOLDEN tips I outline in Zero to Hero right here – https://0excusesfitness.com/products/zero-to-hero/ – they’ll get you in the flow quicker than frothy bubbling coffee flowing out of a cappuccino machine.

P.S. – And once you’re done grabbing the Zero to Hero course, make sure to get “thee buns” over to the 0 Excuses Fitness System page pronto, my friend – and take advantage of the SPECIAL OFFER while it lasts!

Discount code 25PERCENT, and the link is right HERE – https://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/.

P.S.  #2 – And as “yet another” addendum, I’ll give you another challenge, hehe. I finished off my super workout today with a finisher which is NOT mentioned in ANY of my courses and manuals as yet – a finisher that quite literally torched my upper back like there is no TOMORROW.

P.P.S  – I’ll give you two hints – a) it’s got something to do with monkeys and b) NO, it’s got NOTHING AT all to do with a pull-up, or derivative thereof.

See if you can guess what I did – write back with your thoughts once you do! I might just have a special treat for the first THREE people who guess what I did CORRECTLY!

Share the awesomeness and good vibes!
