Ahoy 2018!

Dear reader,

Well, well, well – there are about two and a quarter hours remaining until the clock ticks over to the New Year, my friend – a year that you should welcome in with – as I like to say, VIM, VIGOR and GUSTO!

2018 is also gonna be the year of the dog in good ole mainland China, and in this dog eat dog world, the best thing you can do for yourself is invest in yourself, my friend.

And while my products are a darn good investment, I’m NOT referring to my products here.

I’m referring to taking some time out and INTROSPECT – be grateful – and dream, my friend.

Grateful should be what hits the #1 spot on your list, my friend. And if you can’t find more than ten things off the top of your head to be grateful about, then you’ve got a serious, serious problem brewing, my friend – and it’s an INTERNAL problem.

I did this today, and before I knew it my list was about 3 pages long, and the feelings of sheer DELIGHT I was experiencing were second to none, my friend. Second to NONE, and I not only had an awesome workout thereafter, but am also gonna put out a BRAND NEW fitness product that will knock the living socks out of y’all, my friends.

Stay tuned for that one; it’s an ADVANCED fitness course for those that DARE to ACHIEVE and ACCOMPLISH fitness at the very highest levels imaginable, but for now, the next thing is to dream.

Dream of the goals you have. Dream of the plans you have. Dream of the plans you WILL accomplish, bar NO barriers!

Do so with gusto, my friend. See it become reality before it does, and chances are it WILL before you even begin to expect it.

Along the way, it’s also good to introspect, and take more than a few deep breaths while “waving goodbye” to 2017, my friend.

And that’s that. Man I’m so buzzed about my new course …but I won’t spill the beans as yet. Not as yet, my friend!

As an aside, I had a truly spectacular workout – and let’s just say it involved ALL the exercises I’ve spoken about it my courses.

I’m hammered – well and truly hammered – and while the rest of the world is out partying, nothing of that nature for THIS cat.

In fact he might just get in workout #2 – a few long stretches at the stroke of 12 and thereabouts. Matter of fact, I probably WILL get in workout #2, hehe.

Back at y’all in the New Year then. Until then be safe – and don’t forget to …

CONCEIVE – BELIEVE – ACHIEVE!

Here’s wishing you the best 2018 ever.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Although my new fitness courses is not going to be out until a few days later, the good news is there is plenty for you to do right NOW, my friend.  Check out the following URL for more – Products

Shoulders like BOULDERS!

Dear reader,

Holy schmokes! Man I’m so excited at the latest product I’ve just put out there that I just HAD to write to you and tell you about it.

In fact it’s not  just me that is excited – my little girl has been jumping up and down for AGES chanting the name of my new product – and “showing off” her “brawny” shoulders as well, hehe.

And what is it?

Well, its something that deals with a part of the body EVERY RED BLOODED MALE – as well as most females are concerned with in terms of fitness.

And that part being, shoulders, my friend.

Yes, it’s been a while coming – but I’ve finally UPDATED my 2013 blockbuster “Shoulders like Boulders” and it’s available for sale now right HERE – http://0excusesfitness.com/shoulders-like-boulders/

Gawd, I don’t know why I waited this long to put it on here – but it’s finally HERE – HOOOOORRAAAAYYYYYY!!!

And as to what this course will do for you?

Well, the sales page goes into some detail on it, but in brief –

  • You’ll get the shoulders like BOULDERS look you’ve always wanted and craved, my friend – and ladies – NOT to fear – these exercise will give you toned and strong shoulders WITHOUT the grotesque “bodybuilder” look.
  • You’ll be taking your shoulder as well as GRIP strength to yet another level altogether.
  • A solid core and lower back workout – without even knowing it.
  • And last, but not least – and again – the KING KONG look – minus the hair, hehe.

AND MUCH MUCH MORE, my friend. ‘Tis but the tip of the iceberg there.

Believe me now and trust me later, while 0 Excuse Fitness IS the first step, there are those who would like to progress on to the NEXT LEVEL altogether, and this course will get you there, my friend.

You’ll get the shoulder strength you’ve always wanted – and you’ll get it without a single weight or pull-up.

And not only that – mix these in with the special “supplementary” exercises I’ve mentioned in the book, and you’ll literally be buying new shirts every few weeks (and believe me, I’ve been there as well).

Without further ado then, drop everything you’re doing right NOW, my friend – and hanker on over here – http://0excusesfitness.com/shoulders-like-boulders/

I look forward to hearing back of your success!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – They say the best investment you can make is in YOURSELF, my friend – and I think we’re all in agreement that there is NO better investment one can make than in one’s own health and fitness. Alrighty then – we’ve got you covered in that regard for sure right HERE – http://0excusesfitness.com/products/

Man the sheer BUZZ!

Dear reader,

Man oh man oh MAN, this BUZZ!

I’m buzzing this afternoon like NEVER before – at least not in the recent past, and why?

NOT because of my workout – I get the best buzz from that anyway – but combine it with what I did BEFORE the workout – and – well – you transcend to an unearthly plane in terms of what I’m talking about.

I’m referring to a mental buzz here, by the way. The kind that makes you feel good.

The kind that makes you feel you can LEAP mountains in a single BOUND!

And the kind that ultimately is responsible for PROPELING you like lightning towards your goal- and at that rate as well.

In fact, the honest unabridged truth is I’m feeling so damn good with the combo I did that I did something I never EVER do, my friend – or do so very rarely at that.

I interrupted my workout to write this to you – and those of you that know me KNOW that this is paramount to “sacrilege” for me, hehe.

But I’m feeling that darn good, my dear friend. That darn good. I just had to do it.

On a side note – my forearms feel JACKED all without doing a SINGLE upper body exercise.

About all I’ve done until now is 300 squats in around 9 minutes, which for me is an “average” time frame that gives me a decidely ABOVE AVERAGE buzz, but it’s NOT just this, my friend.

And get this – the amazing part about all this is that the “mental buzz” I’m referring to – what I did in terms of getting this buzz going before even contemplating a workout was NOTHING physical.

I thought – for about 10 minutes.

That’s ALL I did, and this deep thought put me into such a “transcendal” state that morphing into the workout was but the icing on the cake.

What did I think about?

Well, thats a topic for another e-mail – but NO – it was NOT about money – or biz for that matter.

And no, it was NOT about my workout either.

Those of you that have read Zero to Hero probably have a fair inkling of what I’m talking about – and for the rest of you – well – who would NOT want to feel this darn good ALL DAY long, my friend?

Zero to Hero – – grab it NOW – – http://0excusesfitness.com/products/zero-to-hero/

And after doing that, make sure to get your paws on the best darn exercise system on the planet – bar NONE – right here, my friend – http://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

That’s all for now! I’m off to climb some mountains in my workout – I’ll be sure and ring in the New Year with even more VIM, vigor and GUSTO as usual, hehe.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

More on shorter workouts

Dear reader,

The days seem to be getting “shorter” as we wind down towards the end of 2017, and prepare to welcome in bonny 2018 with a huge “yahoo”!

Or that’s the spirit, anyway, at least for me.

And in terms of workouts, I’ve been keeping it brief and intense  – even briefer and perhaps more intense than before.

You’ve read my last two posts about being busy as heck since yesterday, and today was NOT any different – so I did another “quick” one – 400 squats, 200 pushups, and a few stretches – and I was good to GO, my friend!

I don’t quite know if I’ll get in another brief workout later on tonight – all depends – but, I DO know I’ll be getting in a bit of a longer one tomorrow.

Probably going to hit some NEW exercises HARD tomorrow – well, not NEW – but, those I haven’t done for a while. Watch this space for more on that.

By the way, a couple of people wrote in to guess the exercise I did on Wednesday (that if you remember left my upper back and traps TOASTED without doing a single pull-up or derivative thereof).

And though both of these guys were close, they didn’t quite figure out the exact exercise.

All good tho – it’s one of those advanced variations that the average trainee won’t be able to do when first starting out, or perhaps even for a LONG time after starting out.

Good news though is you CAN do a lot of the exercises mentioned in Gorilla Grip, my friend – and that is my acclaimed and quite popular course on building the grip like there’s NO tomorrow.

Testimonials on this abound BOTH through the site as well as the sales page itself – both for THIS product as well as my other product on pull-ups, and both of these are a must grab for any serious trainee looking for movements more advanced than what the “general” bulk of 0 Excuses Fitness covers – although again, you COULD do advanced variations of those as well!

In other words – the sky is the limit – and the key?

Well, it’s to get off your butt and DO something, my friend.

Do the 0 Excuses Fitness System, or do pull-ups – or work on your grip – but do something, my friend.

Gorilla Grip – http://0excusesfitness.com/gorilla-grip/

Pull-ups from Dud to Stud – http://0excusesfitness.com/pull-ups-from-dud-to-stud-within-a-matter-of-weeks/

As we approach the New Year, make that your goal #1 for 2018.

Do something – each and every day – something that will move you closer along the path to attaining whatever goals you have in mind.

You’ll quickly see how powerful this ONE tip is once you implement it in your daily routine.

Well, my friend, that is all for now. I’m off for some “relaxation” myself now, hehe.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. –  What better way to start the New Year off than with a commitment not just to do something daily – but also a firm and solid commitment to get in shape – and do it in a manner that will leave onlookers gaping at the sheer speed of transformation in your body?

And yes, it IS possible, my friend. I can’t click the order button for you, of course – but dare to do so – and watch a whole new world open up to you almost instantly – http://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/.

The two workouts today

Dear reader,

Well, I think you recall me telling you this morning that I had a busy day ahead, so it was going to be a brief workout today.

I also extolled the virtues of not hitting it hard (as in max out) daily – and with good reason.

And now, I’ll give you a synopsis of my workouts today – I actually had to split it up into TWO workouts due to extreme time pressure, and yet, I got it DONE, my friend.

Oh yesssss, I did!

I had about 15-20 minutes tops in the morning (after sending you that last email) and that included 5 minutes of “getting ready to go out the door”, hehe.

So I figured I’d do a 5-8 minute “squatathon”. No biggie, pound out 250 and call it a day.

Got to about a 100. No problem!

Got to 150 – no problem at all – 250 – and before I knew it I was 300 – in about 10 minutes flat.

Man oh man – what a rush – and WAS I getting a workout in!?

Banged out 100 more, and it was 400 for the morning – all in 12 minutes FLAT.

Got back home at around 7:30, and started in on some pushups. Now, since I’ve been walking around all day, I figured I’d just do a brief refresher workout – just to get the “battery recharged” as it were.

Started off with Hindus. Then did a few of my patented “best exercise ever”. Then, did a few more of those.

(My patented “best” exercise ever is mentioned right HERE – ONE book dedicated to ONE exercise alone – http://0excusesfitness.com/products/pushups-reverse-pushups-the-best-darn-exercise/)

The blood BE pumping, my friend – I was starting to FEEL real good – and I was at 100 before I knew it – and 200 before I even “thought” I had gotten there!

Sneaked a peek at the clock – – and was but 7:48. This was with some toughies thrown in, mind you.

Finished off with 50 more and a few stretches and I’m buzzed, my friend.

So that’s the workout report for today – a PRIME, PRIME example of how to “git ‘er done” when you are stressed for time.

Far better than plonking down on the couch and waiting for the “clock to tick over”, hehe.

All for now – if you workout today – make it a great one – and if you haven’t already – well – what are you waiting for?

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – I should also mention that I walked about 3-4 miles today instead of hailing a cab to where I needed to be – walking is a highly underrated exercise, my friend – and so is another exercise that most adults would scoff at – but that would flatten even most “hardened” gym goers within a minute FLAT – and I ain’t kidding, bro.

It’s mentioned in the “hill climbs” section, and it has got NOTHING to do with climbing hills, my friend. Yet, will it kick you in the can – oh yessss sirreeee. Oh yes it will.

That’s right – and you can find out what it is right HERE – http://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

A gentle push

Dear reader,

One of the great, great things about 0 Excuses Fitness is you do NOT have to go “full bore” each and every time you do it.

In fact, I don’t recommend going all out every time you train. You can if you so choose – and I’ve done it plenty of times – but it’s not recommended for the average trainee.

And even me personally – I’ve been hitting it HARD the past three days, and being I’ve got a busy day lined up ahead of me today (and being I’m pretty sore in certain “unmentionable” areas, hehe) I’m gonna give it a gentle push today.

Just a push – no more – but listen to me now.

I didnt say I’ll do NOTHING.

I said I’ll give it a gentle push i.e. I’ll do SOMETHING.

And that’s yet another thing I recommend in the book and videos, my friend – do SOMETHING every day.

It could be as simple as taking a short and brisk 10 minute walk or perhaps a two minute job – or perhaps 200 Hindus (for those of you that can do that many).

It could be as simple as doing 5 pull-ups and a few leg raises if thats all you’ve got time for that day.

Key is to do SOMETHING every day – and believe you me, this technique will actually help you progress in terms of rep counts etc on the days you DO hit hard.

And if you’re serious, there will be some days where you’ll feel the “hit it hard” in your BONES, my friend – and other days when you KNOW it’s time to take it easy – but still do something.

So here’s today’s tips – LISTEN to your body, my friend. It gives you better advice than I, or any “external” fitness pro ever could.

That, and do something daily. Could be a gentle push or could be a max push – depends – but – JUST DO IT!

Implement this philosophy into your daily life as well, and watch your results SOAR, my friend.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S.- My book covers PLENTY of other tips as well, my friend – and the “10 Commandments of Physical Success” are just as applicable to LIFE as they are fitness. Find out what they are right HERE- http://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

“Why you system better Lahoo”

Dear reader,

Hilarious ain’t it? Well, that’s just one of the “endearing” (well, at times) “Chinglish” (read Chinese English) I encounter here on a regular basis, hehe.

But wait a minute. What the heck am I talking about here?

OK, let me back up a little.

Being I’m currently in mainland China where they tend to mis-pronounce the names of “foreign devils” (in general), or anything related to English, for that matter, my name Rahul is apparently pronounced as “Lahoo”.

And “Zero Excuses (http://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/)” apparently gets the “You system” moniker.

Laugh all you like, my friend, but tis true, but Chinglish is NOT the reason I am writing this post to you.

As I finished up my workout, a friendly enough Chinese man came up to me, and started talking to me about fitness. One thing led to another, and soon enough this man was interested in my 0 Excuses Fitness System.

But he had questions, and two of them were great questions I receive on a regular basis, so I thought I’d share them with you here.

(Note – he hadn’t been to my website – or he’d have known the answers already, but FWIW, I told him anyway).

His first question was along the lines of why is my system better than weight training or “drawn out cardio sessions” at the local gym (the latter apparently been the advice given to him to lose the “bulge” – yes – they do have bulges here as well despite the common perception of “thin folks in Asia” – that was all in the past, my friend).

And I told him the reasons mentioned throughout my books and site – namely, weight training is great until a certain limit, but after that – injuries start to creep in.

Bodies start to break down. Shoulders and knees complain. In fact I have a friend – a big, strong, solid guy who lifts weight regularly, but he can barely START to bend over in a back bridge without screaming out loud in pain.

Ditto for squats and deadlifts – he has to do them ULTRA carefully – or else watch out – blown out knees and lower back.

As for shoulder problems – well – it’s common to hear of folks addicted to the bench press that can barely lift their arms up without screaming in pain. Read rotator cuff injuries.

It’s not a matter of “if”. It’s a matter of “when”.

His REAL question though was about why my system was better than other bodyweight courses out there and the answer??

Well, because a) it promotes VARIETY.

You’ll never, ever see me telling you to do the same exercises over and over again or the same type of workouts – which is in contrast to many of the other fitness programs I’ve seen out there that tell you to make a routine and “stick to it” no matter what (in terms of the exact exercises).

No quicker way to burn out in my opinion – both performance and boredom wise.

Second, because I promote QUICK workouts that do NOT take all day – and believe it or not, you CAN get a better workout in 8 minutes than 1:30 spent at the local gym, fitness center, or spa – what have you.

And in today’s busy world – a minute saved is about an hour earned, wouldn’t you say? I sure would, given the plethora of tasks piled up for me on a daily basis …

Flexibility. Privacy of your own living room (or home). Or verandah (balcony). Heck, the list goes on and on, but I’ll save the most important for last.

And that – is – DEEP BREATHING, my friend!!!

I’ve seen NO other course out there that promotes the virtues of deep breathing as much as I do, and the CORRECT way to breathe – and this is a trick most people miss despite being TOLD.

Not Pilates. Not “crossfit”. Not weight training regimens. Not even advice given to marathon runners. Believe me, while all the above DO have their advantages, the DEEP BREATHING is what really gets things going, my friend – both in terms of fat burning – as well as ANY other accomplishment.

And believe me, the old timers had it right when they said “your breath is your power”.

It quite literally IS.

Not only that, deep breathing is what connects “you” to the Universal Energy that we are ALL a part of, either knowingly or unknowingly.

Key is to HARNESS this energy – and the deep breathing is the FIRST, and MOST IMPORTANT step.

Well, that’s what I told the gentleman today (there’s more, but I’ll save it for future dispatches) – and I’ve no doubt I’ll be receiving a “site visit” from him later on tonight, hehe.

Anyway – that’s it for now, my friend. I’m off to do some deep breathing myself, hehe.

You’ve be well advised to breathe in deeply as you avail yourself of the 25% OFF sale, if you haven’t already.

Best,
Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – What?? You didnt know about the sale I’m having as yet?? What the hezey my friend … this is HUGE. 25% off – – on the BEST fitness system on the PLANET – doesn’t get any better, does it?

Here is your discount coupon – – 25PERCENT. Hurry, my friend. Hurry. Only a few more hours left – – and the link is right here – – http://0excusesfitness.com/0excusesfitnessystem/

When those that should don’t

Dear reader,

Well, first things first – and I must say the sale was a ROARING success ; and if you haven’t yet gotten over to the “discounted” 0 Excuses Fitness System – well – then do so NOW, my friend.

This offer will NOT last beyond the 28th, and I’m considering pulling the plug on it even sooner (read within the next few hours) so hurry on over NOW – and for more details on this, read http://0excusesfitness.com/2017/12/26/roast-the-blubber-sale/ and then read http://0excusesfitness.com/2017/12/26/oh-and-by-the-way/.

And now, for today’s “dispatch”.

Was chatting with a friend of mine today, and he’s down in the dumps – curiously enough – or maybe NOT so – a case of the “Christmas gloom” instead of cheer as it should rightfully be.

And his situation isn’t all that uncommon, my friend.

Christmas is supposed to be a time of celebration, and being THANKFUL – and above all, grateful for things we HAVE in our life in my opinion, but often times this festive season invokes the exact opposite in many people?

Does this sound familiar?

Well, if it does, read on – because what I’ve got to say might just help you, my friend.

As it did my own friend.

He’s been down in the dumps as of late. Business not doing well. Things not “moving along in life” as they should be. And so forth.

Money problems. Relationship issues. Family. And so forth

And though he’s starting (or started) a new venture – curiously enough, or again not so, he’s finding out that it seems the entire world is AGAINST him instead of for him.

Especially his family, which “should” be “for” him.

And this has put him into a negative state of mind – big time.

Again, does this sound familiar?

I’ll bet it does – can you recall the time you were all gung ho about starting a NEW – and perhaps untested yet EXCITING and FULL OF POTENTIAL endavaor, and told someone about it ; either friends or family?

Those that theoretically should be close to you and support you in doing what is dear to your heart, and what you feel is right.

And those, that end up doing the exact opposite, either willingly or unwillingly.

And that brings me to today’s tip – well, one of them, at any rate.

Believe me now and trust me later on this one.

When you’re starting something new, and something that has the potential to get YOU what you want out of life – the worst thing you can do it share your goal with others.

And the VERY WORST thing to do, in most cases is to share it with friends and family; especially close friends and family.

And this holds true for those with WELL MEANING friends and family as well.

Sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

Well, it’s not really. As Napoleon Hill once famously said “Tell the world what you’re going to do – but SHOW THEM first!”.

And it’s sound advice, and it’s what I’ll tell you to do as well.

Why keep things to yourself?

Well, because like it or not, my friend, those that don’t have the gumption and vision to dream big for themselves will unwittingly and unknowingly cause you to fail by planting the seeds of negativity in your mind.

Again, whether they “consciously” want to do this or not is another story. It’ll happen, my friend.

And there is NOTHING abnormal about it. It’s normal, especially for those you consider very close to you.

There’s a reason why it’s only a tiny minority that “seemingly” accomplishes whatever goals they set, my friend, and what I told you above plays into this one reason as well.

Now, the good news?

Well, the good news is you don’t have to be in that “majority”.

Skip the negative. Block all negative thoughts out of your mind, my friend – keep your goals to yourself as well.

Then, get some good vibes going, and GET TO WORK on your goal!

Along the way, be sure and implement the 25 GOLDEN tips I outline in Zero to Hero right here – http://0excusesfitness.com/products/zero-to-hero/ – they’ll get you in the flow quicker than frothy bubbling coffee flowing out of a cappuccino machine.

And no, I am NOT kidding, my friend.

Again, that link is right HERE – http://0excusesfitness.com/products/zero-to-hero/ – grab it ASAP.

And that’s it for now. I’m off for some well deserved nourishment after a solid, solid workout, my friend.

Ooohh Lala!

P.P.S  – I’ll give you two hints – a) it’s got something to do with monkeys and b) NO, it’s got NOTHING AT all to do with a pull-up, or derivative thereof.

See if you can guess what I did – write back with your thoughts once you do! I might just have a special treat for the first THREE people who guess what I did CORRECTLY!

Oh, and by the way …

Dear reader,

Hey – I had a fair helping of chicken too last night, but guess what – I more than made up for it with my workout before, so I feel like I ate literally nothing yesterday, hehe.
