July 2018 issue – This issue is the FIRST in a series of monthly news letters, and the theme for this is (perhaps appropriately) “Dare to dream”. I was always told NOT to dream, and that my dreams had no meaning – both fitness and lifewise – and yet, through thick and thin, and through hell and high water I stuck it out – – and I ACHIEVED what I wanted. We’re talking fitness, and the newsletter referenced is mostly fitness based, but the lessons therein apply equally to life in general as well.
